Pros
I like the product because it can easily be customized according to your practice type or your business. It is easy to use this product, and the best part about the system is that they are always improving the system.
Cons
The loading is very slow and frustrating. When you have to set a password, you cannot have a password of less than 12-characters and one more thing that I don’t like about his system is that it doesn’t have an undo button, you have to delete a thing completely and then start over again, even with minor mistakes.

Pros
It is a pretty good system once you get all the training, everything becomes easy. I like the system, it is nice and all. You can easily view reports and all, you can check progress as well, and the previous month reports too. Scheduling is very easy to do. It feels nice training new employees/staff on this system.
Cons
It has many glitches here and there. The customer service would be better if they were a bit quicker. You cannot place 2 or more notes at the same time on the schedule. Things get a bit difficult to do and complete as two windows doesn’t usually open together. There are quite other things that I could mention but I would like the customer support team to listen to them and address them.

Pros
The system is pretty much easy to learn and the functions that it has is great. We use a color coding system to make things easier for our staff. This system has offered so many ways of communication to us, that we love it. This is actually the fourth system that I am learning, and it’s pretty much great.
Cons
This product has so much to offer, that it gets hard to learn and train on the system when you’re up and running. Currently, it is hard for me to train and learn each and everything of the system, which I do want to but would be time consuming as the system is extensive.

Pros
The patient care system is superb, and it has quality. The billing feature of this system is the best. Payments are easily channelled in ideal ways for each service offered through my therapies. The billing and payments are not an issue by the system, everything is quickly done, the speed is amazing. Due to the speed of the system all my attention and focus is on patients, which helps me improve my patient care. With this system there is minimal amount of manual work.
Cons
There can be a slight curb when you document the therapy as the time is taken out of the patient care process. Although, the system helps you, back-up the medical history of the therapies.

Pros
It is a good EMR product. You can do your work on it and it gets the job done for you, so no need to worry about things not working out. I haven’t used it much yet, but till now it is pretty decent to use. I’ve used 2 other products previously and this one is better than the other EMRs.
Cons
It isn’t easy to use this product, especially when you’re using it the first time and without any training and all. The learning curve for this product is steep and finding the right button to do the smallest or simplest things can be a struggle at the beginning.

Pros
Administration and practice management aspects of the software are top of the line. Their customer support staff is helpful and always willing to work with you to get the desired results. Customization feature allows me to set up the system according to my preferences and needs. Clinicient is unique and innovative in a manner that they always put their client first. The staff is responsive and consistently working towards ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
Cons
So far, the only troubling thing about the software is that it only works on a computer. Which is rather a dated concept. Although, hopefully, that will change soon and we will be able to work from tablets and iPad whenever and wherever.

Pros
There are a great many choices to pick from which ensure a precise personalized experience. The interface is user-friendly. documentation takes a lot less time. Customization in charting makes things easier, especially the freedom of making additions in information that wasnt originally a part of the checkbox feature.
Cons
Customer support takes too many days to respond and resolve issues. The program runs painfully low at times. Sometimes, it would take forever to load a page and show a request expired notification. It wastes time and causes frustration. Some days ticking boxes will not update and make it harder to add notes.

Pros
Dealing with this software has been such a pain that I struggle to think of anything good about the system. The only considerably nice things about clinicient EMR is that the documentation checklist is intuitive if only it could be streamlined into categories and not require individual clicks to recover and save data. Working with this system has wasted so much of my time and energy. The system is inherently slow and requires extra steps for simple tasks which end in frustration. Manipulating templates is relatively simpler. Customization is helpful.
Cons
Updates and changes take forever to appear. Busy hours are the worst since the workload is greater and the system works even slower. It’s a nightmare. This might be the only EMR software that does not provide an integrated auto-eligibility and benefits search for insurance and that makes my payment transactions so much harder. There are new glitches every other day. Signing off of the system every day is a hassle. There’s more than one way to report a complaint yet getting a hold of the support staff is a trial in itself. If you do get lucky, they often haven’t the right tools to help with the issue or they put you on hold for a week or so.

Documentation is very easy and specialty-specific. Offers many different templates and a detailed format.
Cons
Billing part of the software is awful. The customer support is seldom any help, they often reinstate the given and the issues remain unresolved. The only bit of consolation they have to offer is that it might be fixed in the upcoming upgrades. Information pushed to Zirmed or pulled from Zirmed is most of the times, erroneous or missing things. Fixing errors is impossible. Most often, payments dispatched off and pushed to Zirmed are not in Zirmed. it’s was too common a mistake to have "client mistake" as the primary and only clarification or help we got when we contacted Client Administration on both Clinicient and Zirmeds areas of expertise. We need to go into Zirmed once every month double-check the entire list of DOS that havent gotten installment and ordinarily it is because of that blunder. Tragically, we didnt know this was an issue until the majority of our DOS had been over the three-month edge and demanded to be canceled. it caused us to lose a lot of money.

The different aspects the software are well integrated which means billing, practice management, and documentation is streamlined. Making evaluations and running diagnostics super convenient once you customize the settings according to your needs.
Cons
The worst aspect of the system that puts everything off balance is the billing system. It is faulty and inconsistent and creates much trouble for us. It automatically rises and falls with a will of its own without any change in the volume or payer mix. They keep changing the support staff members assigned to you without any prior notice or so much as a warning. We are currently on our fourth accounts assistant within three years. We have been working with them for three years and in that period that has changed four accounts manager. The only help they offer is to direct you towards tutorials. Their favorite excuse for any unusual issue you might be facing is to blame it on you and your staff.

Pros
Charting with clinicient is a breeze. Especially since the previous software I was using was awful, Clinicient is far more competent in comparison and is very easy to use. The documentation, payment and reporting aspects are always accurate. The ability to preview and compare multiple reports is of great benefit.
Cons
Since there are no versions for tabs and iPad, I wish they would offer a company issued tab which is compatible with the system. Working from work PC only is a little inconvenient. In this day and age, it is preferable for all data to be electronic without there being any Paper-to-PC input hassle. Although there are upgrades and improvements, each update has minor glitches.

My favorite is quite definitely, the clinicient Lab. Great company to help you tackle everyday challenges of your practice.
