A fantastic EHR for Therapists

Pros

The video feature is great and works well most of the time though there are occasional call drops.

Cons

Currently Im struggling to integrate Office Ally for insurance billing which has been quite troublesome. Receiving ERAs promptly would expedite my account reconciliation process.

Pros

I LOVE this program!!

Pros

Its user-friendly allowing clients to schedule their own appointments. The data is comprehensive making it easy to manage client retention.

Cons

The invoice feature generates zero balance invoices if "no invoice" is selected cluttering the list. Integrating eligibility and benefits checking would make it a comprehensive client management solution.

I found this software easy to customize for my practice needs. Session notes became simpler with CounSols intervention selection feature. The ability to switch to a maintenance plan during business pauses was a cost-effective solution.

Cons

CounSol was my first experience with therapy software so I lacked comparisons. Overall it felt intuitive and the customer service was always helpful.

Cons

Easy to use.

Pros

My experience so far with this product has been great. It is convenient, user-friendly and quick. It is easy to use this product. Setting up appointments, sending reminders, sending insurance and calendars, all of this is real easy.

Cons

The only thing that consumes my time and needs to be improved is the payment area. Once you add the payment amount it cannot be edited, you have to cancel it and start all over to fix the error you might have made.
