Pros
I really value the LIVE customer support from my account manager, who is an actual human! They've made it easy for me to navigate the platform whenever I get stuck. Plus they are always available, responsive, patient and helpful. Laslty the available user guide is another great resource.
Cons
I wish the platform offered more features to improve the client and provider experience, like https://www.teleo.space/ or a note designer. Plus I am not too fond of the current treatment notes template and would prefer something similar to NoteDesigner with more options for sentence completion and treatment modalities. It would also be helpful to have mini-tutorials for using the platform more efficiently, as I do not always have time to consult the user guide. For instance, I did like to know how to send an announcement to selected clients rather than everyone. Additionally, it would be great to include hyperlinks in documents sent to clients and to have a schedule send option for emails and pre-scheduled announcements about practice changes or new services. A feature that notifies clients about my social media or new website posts via CounSol would also enhance client engagement, retention and education. Regarding the client view, while I like the color scheme matching my website, it looks outdated and could benefit from more modern, professional visuals to improve the client experience.

Pros
Visually, it is very easy for me to find everything and navigate through my portal. I also like having my rate locked in so it won't change. Plus the customer service is unbeatable. My special thanks to them as they always assist us timely.
Cons
I would definitely love it more if I could use the platform for phone appointments as well.

Pros
My clients really enjoy using the client portal for online scheduling and I love that I can keep all of my client records in one place. Also the CounSol staff has always been very responsive whenever I reached out to them.
Cons
One thing I have noticed is that video session interface is glitchy and quite slow.

CounSol makes it fairly easy for me to create and upload patient forms. So overall my experience with it is so far going amazing.
Cons

Pros
With CounSol, I now have a safe and secure space to handle my notes, sessions and even clients communications. Plus the support staff is amazing too, as they are very helpful.
Cons
At times, online sessions have glitches. Also I really wish there were more features, like screen sharing or background blending.

Pros
Onboarding new patients is so easy with all the forms and disclosures I need and several customized assessments that I rely on. Even my elderly patients have no trouble accessing the portal and filling out the intake forms. I also really like how simple it is to submit insurance claims and keep track of payments received. The customer service is amazing too as whenever I have an inquiry, a real person responds quickly. And most of my questions get answered through a quick email, but it is also easy to reach to them by phone.
Cons
The interface is not as good as of some competitors but the good thing about it is that it is very easy to read and navigate.

Cons
I did have to pay extra each month for my text reminders to specify which office the session is at which is not nice.

The support from the support team is great. Moreover the variety of options really stands out to me.
Cons
One thing I've noticed is that the video feature cannot expand to cover multiple locations. For example, if a couple lives in two different homes, it does not seem to work for them to join the same session from separate places.

CounSol is very easy to use. Also I can do my progress notes, have clients fill out forms and sign them online, send encrypted emails and even use secure video for telehealth sessions.
Cons
Sometimes, the telehealth video is not clear though I am not sure if it's the platform's fault. Also, I cannot amend progress notes if needed.

What I like most is that I'm used to it and also it is easier for me to navigate compared to other EHRs I have tried. I also really like how easy it is to reach out for help and get quick answers when I need them. Plus, I love that I can easily see stats right on the main practice page.

One thing I really like about it is that it offers a variety of features like journals, billing and monthly payments. All these are proven to be very beneficial for both therapists and clients.
Cons
Navigating the system is a bit difficult. After using it for a while, I still find it challenging to access tabs quickly. It would also be great to have an app for the platform. Additionally, I did love to offer the link to multiple clients who are not in the same location.
