Setting up a new private practice was very easy. Also I love the secure client portal and how both new and existing clients can book through it.

What I like most is that I'm used to it and also it is easier for me to navigate compared to other EHRs I have tried. I also really like how easy it is to reach out for help and get quick answers when I need them. Plus, I love that I can easily see stats right on the main practice page.

Cons

The interface and appearance of the portal at times feel outdated to me.

“Using it for over a decade and is very happy”

Pros

CounSol is very easy to use. Also I can do my progress notes, have clients fill out forms and sign them online, send encrypted emails and even use secure video for telehealth sessions.

Cons

Sometimes, the telehealth video is not clear though I am not sure if it's the platform's fault. Also, I cannot amend progress notes if needed.
