Difficult to learn and not intuitive
Pros

Being able to open multiple patient charts simultaneously is helpful.

Cons

The cost is too high, and the monthly prices are confusing. Customer service is terrible. It took me over a month to get comfortable using it for documentation, and it frequently needs to reconnect to the server.

Pros

The customer support was excellent, probably due to their experience from handling many calls. After-hours service was prompt too.

Cons

Asana's interface looks outdated, like it's from the pre-2000 era. Configuring backend stuff goes against common IT instincts. However, after doing it 10 times, it becomes easier to handle.

Pros

So far, nothing works smoothly with anything else.

Cons

There are too many repeated inputs, and it doesn't communicate well with other products. The interface is confusing and finicky.

Pros

I mainly use it for payroll and accounts, and it's easy to navigate.

Cons

The hospital has used CPSI for many years without trouble. I can't think of anything negative about it.

Communication needs work
Pros

We can see the patient information including demographics and medical history on the screen. The system faxes information directly from the system.

Cons

The templates are not available for editing.

There are no pros. It does not support doctors.

The search function is difficult and it is really cumbersome. I do not like it because of all the pain it put me through.

It is one of better options available and has basic user functionality.

Cons

There are small bugs that have not been solved in months. The layout is outdated and a lot of the function seem useless and arbitrary.

I dont recommend it!
Pros

Customer service is pretty good considering the fact we had to call them every time there was a bug.

Cons

It is an unreliable software and hard to get through to the patient history. You have to click multiple times and the design is not intuitive at all.

There are no positive features.

Cons

It looks and works just like Excel. You need to click multiple times to access any feature. I have used other systems and they were much better than CPSI.

Pros

I would say it is an acceptable product. It has the particular features that we require for our practice such as patient portals and procedural workflow templates.

Cons

The biggest drawback with this is that it does not easily integrate with third-party products and that affects its functionality.

Pros

I use this software every now and then when I felt the need. Although I did not really go into many details about the features and everything, it got the basic job done for me. Later on, I switched to another similar application.

Cons

The biggest flaw in this software is that it is not user-friendly at all and it is quite difficult to learn.

It is reasonable and once youre used to it, it is generally simple to use.

Cons

The screens are a bit clumsy to use with as well numerous choices on one screen... not straightforward enough

Effective and Good for our clinic

CPSI is easy to use and it is listed among one of the best software available in the market.

Cons

It seems like some options were placed as if they did not have enough space to adjust them into the right place. It also has some bugs which are still not fixed which creates a problem.

Pros

I am an ICU contact nurse and I would surely have to quit my job if I have to use this worst system. Does Not help me in any way.

Cons

It doesnt make sense at all. I need to scroll through the screen a lot to get the required document. Its like you work on an excel spreadsheet and then throw the files and keep sorting them later. I dont recommend this at all.

I cannot think of one positive thing to say.

Cons

I cannot make sense of ANYTHING. It is so confusing, you have to click through 50 screens to access any type of information. Complete waste of time and money!

Worst system I've used so far
Pros

It helps me keep my job, but it's so terrible that I'd quit if I had to use it all the time.

Cons

Everything seems disorganized, with 50 screens to click through to access information. No prompts to remember anything. It's like charting on an Excel spreadsheet and then throwing the files in the trash to sort through later.

Pros

Customer service is great, but you'll need it a lot because the system is buggy.

Cons

It's slow and unreliable, lacking many features, or you have to pay extra. Built on "episodes," not an intuitive narrative, so it's hard to see the whole patient's history without clicking through multiple layers.

Evident - Not the easiest to use but it gets the job done.
Pros

Evident was easy to use and is one of the better EHR systems available.

Cons

The front end looks old compared to competitors, and some options seem randomly placed. There are small bugs that haven't been fixed for years, like checkboxes not working in full screen mode.

Pros

By going into one screen, I’m able to audit charts that are super amazing. If you know where the data can be found it is easily accessible. Additionally, it is anything but difficult to keep a running record.

Cons

There are no clinical documentation features, as it's mainly designed for billing.

Cons

It's cumbersome, time-consuming, and the "search" function only matches spelling. You can't find something if you don't already know what name CPSI uses.

The system that does not communicate with any other of the most popular hospital platform software systems.
Pros

The e-forms can be used in both inpatient and outpatient settings, but setting up faxing with patient details is complicated.

Cons

It doesn't keep up with Medicare requirements and lacks templates for customization. Building e-forms step by step is tedious, and there's limited flexibility.

Stay away from this EMR if you want your patients to stay alive
Pros

It's an electronic system but the worst EMR I've experienced.

Cons

Compared to other EMRs, this system is shocking. Almost everything works counterintuitively, and there's no overview. Most of my colleagues went back to paper files.

Pros

There are no pros for CPSI. It doesn't work most of the time.

Cons

It doesn't allow real-time work and lacks options for other disciplines besides nursing. There's no way to run reports relevant to my job, and no billing option.
