It allows for typing and billing and that is all. Not much else to add.
Cons
On a monthly basis, the site experiences downtime, sometimes occurring more than once. This inconsistency leads to note backlog due to software crashes. I would recommend any other software I have used over this one.

This reasonably priced EMR and practice management software is feature-rich.
Cons
This company excels at two things: selling you a product and making your life miserable. We halted at the implementation stage. The implementation and training processes were dreadful. Both office staff and providers complaint about the poor quality of training. They disrupted accounts receivable, complicating patient balance determinations and collections. Sales makes commitments that are never upheld. So before signing a contract make sure you get everything in writing.

Their website is easy to use and updated.
Cons
The same task which previously took 20 minutes would now take hours because of how slow this EHR is! They said our internet is the problem but we upgraded and it still persisted and they would not help.

“Look Elsewhere for an EHR
Pros
There are few, if any standout features compared to other ambulatory EHR systems. It might be worth considering for basic needs.
Cons
The support was poor. Their lack of understanding of their own software was evident. They claimed certain functions were not beneficial or useable, but through my own experimentation, I discovered how to perform them. I went through multiple account managers before finally getting rid of this software.

Pros
We didn’t need much for our practice but whatever we required we found it in this system. CureMD has given us the flexibility of making our own progress notes and customize the templates as well as the charting system for a seamless and fast experience. It has all the latest certifications needed to run a practice.

Pros
Easy to use the system. CureMD has made it easier for us to design our own templates which we require for internal use. Charting has now become simple and straightforward. It doesn’t require much time to write notes and the doctors are mainly happy because we don’t have to take our work with us at home. Navigation is pretty easy. Overall I am satisfied with the system.

They need to put more effort into the overall appearance of the system.

It is easy to use, simple and navigates smoothly.
Cons
There is no tech support available mainly on weekends. No personnel are reachable, and voicemails cannot be left as all mailboxes are full. Emails go unanswered and live chat support is unavailable. Since it caters to doctors, unavailable support on Saturdays makes no sense.

I mainly like it because of the ease of use it provides and can easily be tailored to the needs of a practice and its users. From the front desk to the doctors and the biller, everything is interlinked and the information is replicated seamlessly. Implementation was easy and quick. The system isn’t as expensive and delivers on what they promise.

Pros
It is a pretty good software, as it is easy to and to navigate between screens. They have amazing features, works really well with our practice. You can also use some of their software features in their app, which is really great for times when youre out. This EHR system is great but I think that they could improve more and make it excellent.
Cons
The only con that it has is that it only works with internet explorer, which I dislike the most. They need to make it compatible to work on other browsers as well.

CureMD is a software that needs to be in every medical office. It has saved me a lot of time of transferring results and referrals. It has completely computerized our entire office. It saves you filing time, organizing time, it is easy to use, lets your store years worth of medical reports that are confidential, and much more. Our whole staff just simply loves CureMD. It is indeed a great software. Take my word for it.

The system is really great, and I can verify this as we tested it during a study and it turned out to be simply amazing. Their tech team is super great, always ready to help. The product itself is quite affordable and they also offer patient portal so things kind of get really easy for the practitioner to manage.
Cons
The system has a lot of questions that are to be answered before you get in, takes a lot of time just filling the form.

Pros
The potential to merge PM/EMR and billing solutions is promising. The RCM team impresses with their friendliness and great customer service. If only every support team could be as helpful as the RCM team.
Cons
The PM/EHR implementation team was very rude and not at all helpful in any manner. During 2-hour GoToMeeting sessions, they demonstrate on their computers how the system works, but following their steps on my end proves useless. While claiming to be multiplatform, full functionality is limited to IE and written in ASP. After investing hours in creating templates for upload, they disregard mine and insert their inefficient shortcuts (components). Rescheduling patients on the provider calendar is impossible. They insist on rewatching their lengthy training videos before seeking help for queries. Troubleshooting is labeled as training, with potential charges for excessive trainings, when in fact, they should compensate for troubleshooting efforts.

The system is nice, and the tech team is great, they’re prompt in responding. The system is affordable, which is great for people looking for a system on a budget.
Cons
Is only compatible with the slowest browser “The Internet Explorer”. Is very slow in responding to any command given to it. It isn’t user-friendly at all. The reporting system is not according to our requirements. Incorrect eligibility checks. We’re a mental health clinic and for us this system doesn’t seem to work out.
