All-in-One Software

CureMD EHR offers an All-in-One platform comprising cohesive EHR, Practice Management (PM), and Patient Portal Services. CureMD SMART Cloud is an ONC 2015 Edition compliant EHR and is MIPS, Meaningful Use Stage 2 & 3 ready. The EHR software offers interoperability and smooth connectivity to over 40,000+ pharmacies, electronic labs, payers, cancer/immunization/specialty registries, hospital networks, referring providers, and other stakeholders.

Practice Management Solution

The PM side of the solution is HIPAA compliant. In addition, it comes with an ICD-10 guarantee, KPI dashboards, scheduling, payer, prescription tracking, eligibility checks, denial, and numerous other features.

Medical Billing

The Medical Billing service is an end-to-end RCM solution geared towards 35 specialties. At the cost of 4% of monthly collected revenue, physicians can hand over their entire billing operations from claim formation, submission, follow-ups, denial, payments posting, and reporting to a dedicated team of experts with 20 years of industry-specific experience.

Vaccine System

Great features

Pros

The CureMD EMR software has a lot of prominent features, and it doesn’t cost much. The updates are automatic, which is amazing, as we don’t have to call anyone for them.

Cons

Once there was an issue that took the support team 3 days to resolve. It took a longer period for my practice to wait.

CureMD EMR customer support is significant. The billing service is somewhat amazing. The billing procedure is pretty quick, and I get my receivables quickly.

Cons

The implementation took around 4 to 6 weeks, which was too time-consuming for me.

They need to improve their iPad application; it seems pretty basic and sometimes a bit unresponsive.

Really great software

Pros

I am very happy with CureMD EMR software. My past experience with EMR software has been frustrating but CureMD works like a dream. Their support staff is great and very helpful too!

Cons

I hope to see that in the future they integrate other EMRs onto their software for better use and longevity.

Pros

We love how they consider our suggestions while rolling out new updates. CureMD EMR software is up to date with all the latest certifications. Their EMR can be tailored to each specialty and need of the practice. We use their EMR and PM both and have seen an increase in the revenues. Claims are easier to submit and so are the follow-ups. Their customer support is one of a kind. Truly a wonderful experience.

CureMD is a great product. It is user-friendly. It is can be customized according to the specialty. It is ICD-10 ready. Plus, it has many great features. We are really lucky that we have purchased this software.

The system was running slow earlier at the start, so we replaced our internet connection and now its running pretty smoothly.
