My experience with this software was the worst. I believe it is mainly because the individuals managing my account had difficulty communicating in English.
Cons
The service I received was poor. The individuals handling my account struggled with English. I was misled during contract signing and had to pay $8,500 for opting out of their service. Despite seeking clarification on this matter and being deceived, I strongly advise against using this company. They are terrible.

They were supportive until we switched billing services due to financial concerns after which their level of care notably decreased.
Cons
I urge you not to sign up for this EMR. The customer service is the worst. After switching billing services due to severe financial issues and poor performance, the experience has been incredibly frustrating. We face constant access denials, frequent system logouts amidist note-taking and unhelpful responses from support. The EMR falls far short of expectations and lacks features that newer EMRs offer. I highly recommend steering clear of this company.

We love how they consider our suggestions while rolling out new updates. CureMD EMR software is up to date with all the latest certifications. Their EMR can be tailored to each specialty and need of the practice. We use their EMR and PM both and have seen an increase in the revenues. Claims are easier to submit and so are the follow-ups. Their customer support is one of a kind. Truly a wonderful experience.
