It was easy to use most of the times with only a few areas that could use improvement. Most features were self-explanatory.
Cons
Navigating through numerous screens to reach the necessary area was a difficult task. Improved navigation options would be greatly appreciated.

It is easy to use and is very simple, you can easily do all the, day to day tasks that are needed. The patient portal is great, the reports are good. Anyone who is not looking for much more than the generic day to day use should choose CureMD.
Cons
Anyone who is looking for something more than the generic use should keep looking, cause that’s not what they’re going to find from CureMD. Their customer service lacks. It has quite a number of glitches here and there in the system. It needs to be more up to date.

There is nothing positive to say about this company. We had to discontinue our services with them after the first year and even now, three years later we are still struggling to retrieve our data.
Cons
The system operated at an extremely slow pace, hindering efficient documentation even with templates. Customer service was poor. The tipping point was a salesperson urgently claiming I needed to pay thousands to ensure meaningful use compliance. Despite my refusal, they persistently pressured me to sign a credit card release for billing.

Pros
The patient portals ease of use, streamlined patient data and notes input, report generation, appointment scheduling and multiple calendar views are impressive.
Cons
In Explorer only (a MAJOR issue), unable to customize templates to user needs, billing department lacks responsiveness to customer needs, slow in claims follow-up, unable to color code appointment types, limited report options with no ability to add new types.

They have an efficient sales team which is good for business but bad if you are a client

".CureMD made us a lot of promises when we were switching over from our old vendor. We needed them to migrate 6 years worth of data which never happened, our account manager disappeared the day we went live without fixing bugs encountered by us and the support has generally been horrible. we regret our decision.".

Absolutely nothing!!!!! Unfortunately, I cannot think of a single positive aspect of this system. I deeply regret choosing this system.
Cons
The system and service both are the worst!!! They are unable to resolve any encountered issues. What a waste of time/money!!!! Representatives are clueless. They close tickets without resolving problems. I believe that opting for paper charts would be more efficient and secure!!!!! Eager to transition to a different system. This system falls well below acceptable standards!!!!

Pros
CureMD EMR is easy to learn and is user-friendly. The patient information is easily located and accessible. There were many new employees who were not trained to use the system, but they also found the system to be very easy and got around. This EMR is way more better than the previous EMR that we used. Due to CureMD all of our tasks have improved, and patient care has become so easy for us.
Cons
Currently I’d say none, don’t know about the future though.

Cons
Over the past 2 years or so, it seems Curemds primary focus has been on their EHR rather than their billing program. The billing aspect requires improvements and updates for instance, there is no need to know a patients sexual orientation to bill for an office visit. Since we do not utilize the EMR, its a waste of time to fill in or skip these fields.

It is the first product that I got and used when I opened my own individual psychiatry practice. It has helped me in many ways that I am actually very happy by the product. The customer service is great, when you get issues, they solve it instantly. The training that they gave were extensive and well executed. The major part of this product is that it lets you customize. You can create custom modules along with templates which increased the speed of my workflow. It is simply amazing.
Cons
When writing prescriptions it takes a little longer as there are many steps to do each medication. It kind of limits you, as it only runs on Internet Explorer, other than these two cons, there isnt anything bad about it, and I would still recommend this software to everyone.

Pros
CureMD for me is an amazing product/system. It is user-friendly. Their tech team is super-friendly, helpful and always responds in a timely manner, I never really have to wait on the phone and as soon as we get connected they immediately start working to resolve the problem. The services that they provide is great. The best thing is that once a problem has been fixed by them, it never occurs again. They timely update the system which is awesome.

It is easy to use, and you can customize it according to your requirements, which is great. It is not complicated at all, very well organized and seems like just made for us. It does all the tasks efficiently, something that a physician needs. They have great support as well.

The appointment reminders that we scheduled were delivered timely and saved us a lot of time of rescheduling things and so.
Cons
Have used it for a year and now need a replacement. This system has a lot of glitches, is clunky and really hard to get. Customizing the settings according to our needs has been a lot of trouble for us, as it didn’t customize, it probably needed backend changes or weren’t able to be changed at all.

The software is quite simple, and I really appreciate it, because most EMRs are really fancy but due to that they are complex as well. CureMD is easy to use and is accessible through your phone as well. They have an amazing support team and are always there to help.
Cons
Just a few glitches here and there in the system like when you type text kind of overlaps, but other than that there isn’t as such anything bad about it.

It is inconvenient that you must click SAVE every time you make an update. There is no prompt to save changes, so if you exit an area without saving, your entered information will be lost.

Well Id like to disappoint all of you, and tell you that there are no Pros to this company. Like literally nothing good can come, if your hire CureMD as your billing company.
Cons
There sure are a lot of cons to mention, starting with the cost, its way too much. The insurance credentialing is screwed up. No one here likes it.Their customer service is also not good at all, they just cant handle a tech savvy person talking and telling them stuff that they need to improve. They have a lot of features listed in the program but they arent functional at all. Stay away from this company.
