Pros
The interface is streamlined, with one page for encounter and treatment notes, custom templates, automatically generated reports to the dentist, and an electronic referrals portal.
Cons
I am getting accustomed to using it and inevitably, I have to type treatment notes.

Pros
Dental EMR is incredibly easy to use and navigate. What I enjoy most is the referral communication with the referring offices integrated right into the core of Dental EMR, keeping all our referring offices and their patients under one portal where I can keep track of their referrals, updates, and finished cases, along with high-resolution radiographs and videos. It includes many perks and features that simplify my daily tasks as an office manager, from managing patient charts to the seamless correlation between patients and me. It's pretty self-explanatory if you're new to the system.
Cons
I don't have any significant complaints, but I do wish there were more practice analytic reports. However, whenever I need any customization or enhancements and communicate this to customer service, they handle it very professionally and are accommodating.
