“dental practice software”
Pros
Running five dental practices with it has shown me how easy it is while still feeling like a true enterprise-level solution. It keeps improving the day-to-day operations of a dental office and their customer service consistently has the right answer whenever something comes up. Compared with other systems I've worked with, it has been outstanding across all five practices.
Cons
I have not noticed any issues with this tool.

“outdated and frustrating”
Pros
Nothing positive comes to my mind about this tool.
Cons
Believe it or not, this software isn't even HIPAA compliant. it feels incredibly dated and behind the times it doesn't even include a pop-up calendar like the most basic low-cost programs do. Instead, you end up typing eight numbers every single time you need to change a date which is ridiculous considering the price. And after paying around $7000, you'd expect at least some flexibility but changing fonts or colors isn't even possible. The accounting module is also unreliable, with errors popping up often enough that it needs constant monitoring. On top of that, customer support takes forever to reach and when you finally do get someone, different techs often give completely different answers. Don't fall for the flashy advertising and big promises it feels far more like marketing than reality.
