Pros
This software is quite efficient. I can monitor every workflow within the system, maximizing productivity. It supports multiple users, leading to increased patient attendance. Automated data entry simplifies the process which makes it faster and saving time and costs. Being cloud-based reduces expenses and allows access from anywhere, enabling easy control of all activities. Reduced IT requirements make it user-friendly. Integration with other software enhances functionality and minimizes risks. The customer care system is excellent.
Cons
This software has made our work enjoyable with minimal stress. There are no dislikes.

Pros
The interface is clean and comes with intuitive features. Also I found it easy to maneuver and figure out. I could easily reach support when needed.
Cons
At times, it is a bit slow. Also the program felt somewhat cumbersome. In short it was slow rather than speedy. While intuitive, I think it could benefit from being lightened up.
