This tool has turned out to be a great all-in-one EHR and practice management system for me. I can navigate easily, use customizable templates, telehealth and HIPAA-compliant messaging and even handle e-prescriptions, including controlled substances. Being cloud-based lets me log in anywhere, the price is reasonable and support has always been quick and helpful when I've needed it.

From my experience, I've noticed occasional system lag during peak hours and a lack of great third-party integrations which means I sometimes hit limits, there was a noticeable learning curve when getting new staff up to speed, the mobile app feels like it could be more capable, some functions don't scale well for larger practices and the customization tools can be tricky to navigate without dedicated support.
