Pros
Picking it up was simple for me and I find it easy to navigate. My patients also have no trouble using it which makes everything smoother in our practice.
Cons
There are a lot of steps I have to go through to finish the billing process which makes it feel needlessly long-winded.

I want to share how pleased we are with this tool's all-in-one platformbecause ever since we brought it into our workflow it has consistently delivered great performance and practical features that truly help our practice run more smoothly. After the merger and the switch from Kareo to Tebra left us feeling a bit let down, this solution has pleasantly exceeded our expectations by actually doing what it promised and doing it in ways that make day-to-day operations easier. The support team has been fantastic, responding quickly and helping resolve issues effectively which has been a huge relief when things come up. On top of that, claim submissions are simple and have noticeably reduced administrative burden, freeing up time for other priorities. Perhaps the biggest improvement for us has been how the system handles patient payments and ERA processing, those capabilities have transformed our billing flow and also helped improve the patient experience which is crucial for retention and satisfaction. All told, I feel confident leaning on this platform for the long haul and we're appreciative of the consistent reliability and quality it provides, we look forward to continuing this partnership and are grateful for such a well-rounded solution for our practice.
Cons
I would like the platform to include an option to automatically send an email to patients whenever their appointment is changedbecause there are times when mistakes happen, for example, a telehealth visit gets scheduled in errorand when that occurs patients can become confused and unsure of what's expected. Adding an automated patient notification for appointment edits would reduce that confusion and help prevent unnecessary calls and rescheduling headaches for both staff and patients.

Being part of a larger hospital system and already on EPIC, we were specifically searching for a simpler EHR tailored to direct primary care that also handled telemedicine, patient portals and other everyday needs and this product actually delivered because we couldn't locate many options supporting DPC, its customer support has been excellent, very professional and responsiveand in my experience so far, the platform has been stable with no downtime observed.
Cons
I can't really think of anything major to complain about, while there was a bit of a learning curve when building templates, their customer service stepped in with training and assistance and overall the system runs quickly, with features like eRx and telemedicine functioning reliably so that most of my workflows are smooth.

I've been really impressed with their customer support, when we required extensive customization that most EHR vendors wouldn't accommodate, the team worked with us to tailor the system and even delivered a white-labeled patient portal that matched our branding.
Cons
In my experience the platform is packed with features which means there's a steep learning curve to get comfortable with everything but aside from that I find it to be a great, well-built system.
