You know what has really stood out to me more than any single feature is that powerful combination of it being a true all-in-one solution without the usual bloat. It brings everything you need into one place which just organizes the whole workflow. But what makes that actually work in practice is the incredibly responsive customer service.. knowing there�s a helpful team ready to jump in makes you feel supported not just sold to. And it's all wrapped in a user-friendly interface that�s clean and logical as it guides you instead of overwhelming you with options.

Being a student nurse, I care a lot about keeping patient info safe and this platform takes security seriously which really puts my mind at ease. On top of that, it's easy to pick up even if it's your first time using it. I especially like that it combines everything, EHR, billing, scheduling, patient portal and eRx, so charting and notes are simple to handle. Features like e-prescribing, appointment reminders and telemedicine make it feel like good value overall.

One drawback I've found is that template customization feels limited so I can't tailor forms exactly the way I want them because the system is cloud-based, I also need a very reliable, secure internet connection to use it effectively and I've experienced some lag when moving between several tabs, pages and sections.
