It brings everything you need into one place which just organizes the whole workflow. But what makes that actually work in practice is the incredibly responsive customer service.. knowing there�s a helpful team ready to jump in makes you feel supported not just sold to. And it's all wrapped in a user-friendly interface that�s clean and logical as it guides you instead of overwhelming you with options.

One drawback I've found is that template customization feels limited so I can't tailor forms exactly the way I want them because the system is cloud-based, I also need a very reliable, secure internet connection to use it effectively and I've experienced some lag when moving between several tabs, pages and sections.
