Starting out as a therapist, I've found this platform makes scheduling so much easier. If medication management comes up, I can immediately book an appointment with one of our psychiatrists and it works just as smoothly the other way around. Being able to join video sessions right in the system while also doing my charting and notes in the same place is a huge time-saver. Since I'm still learning all the features, I know there's plenty more I haven't explored yet. Recording sessions is also a huge help for clinical supervision.

Because I'm a new user it's possible this exists already but I really wish there were an in-call chat during video conferences so I could paste links to resources for clients on the spot, that would be far more convenient for me than relying on screen sharing which interrupts the session flow and forces me to toggle between tools.
