The platform is HIPAA compliant and the individual plan is free while the paid tiers are reasonably priced if you want extra features.

Right now I'm only on the free version because I'm already using another therapy software tool for the additional functions so I can't really confirm how the premium features compare. I do wish there were a free trial (even for a few days) so I could properly evaluate everything before committing. From what I've seen, the trial requires payment and a sign up process, with cancellation later as the workaround. I'd rather see the cost breakdown and what exactly I'm paying for more clearly instead of having to cancel after the fact.

I can see exactly when someone enters my waiting room and it also tracks useful stats like the average time I spend in each session. With the Professional version, I can offer both members of a couple access to the session when they can't be in the same place which has been a big help. Also, the extra options are really useful for day to day practice, including the ability to change the background and update treatment forms to fit what I need.
