“Easy to use, Reliable”
Pros
I appreciate the ease of use. My clients have had no issues connecting, and overall, it's been a great way to do teletherapy, especially during COVID-19.
Cons
Occasionally, the software doesn't notify me when a client enters my waiting room, so they sit waiting while my screen shows no one has arrived yet.

“Easy to use”
Pros
My field isn't known for its tech-savviness, and it's great to have a platform like Doxy. The login stays the same for me and my clients, who really value their privacy and don't have to "sign up" for anything.
Cons
There's nothing I dislike about this software.

“Doxy for Counselling”
Pros
A fellow counselor introduced me to Doxy.me, and due to COVID-19, I had to transition my counseling practice online in the UK. I was apprehensive about using it, especially concerning technical issues. However, Doxy.me's simplicity impressed me. It's incredibly straightforward and has a simple pre-test to ensure each session runs smoothly regarding speaker access, microphone, and visuals. I highly recommend Doxy.me.
Cons
None thus far. I currently have no downsides to mention regarding Doxy.me.

“Great product”
Pros
I have used Doxy.me for telemedicine since the start of the pandemic. It has always worked very well for me and suited my needs. I'm a solo practitioner and don't need the fancy features, so I'm using the free version and am very satisfied.
Cons
Occasionally, the video doesn't come through, but that could just be internet issues.
