I recently discovered this software as medical providers are looking for convenient ways to meet with patients/clients remotely due to the pandemic. Doxy.me enabled doctors and clinicians to provide their patients/clients with a unique URL that makes it simple to meet instantly through a secure, web-enabled platform. You can have a video call within seconds without an account or login required.

Cons

If either party has a poor internet connection, older computer, or unstable netbook/PC, the video call may not work, making it impossible to have an appointment. Sometimes, if the connection isn't strong enough, you may have to resort to a regular phone call, which defeats the purpose.

I found Doxy.me very easy to start using. At first, I had a bunch of drops and hangs on my Apple MacBook Pro with OS 10, but my husband found a free patch on the Apple user board, installed it, and this fixed the issue.

Honestly, I can't think of anything that bothers me. It would be cool if you could set a different background like on Zoom to avoid worrying about what's behind you during a professional encounter, but to be honest, it looks too weird on Zoom to use it as a therapist anyway.
