I did have a bit of a pre COVID bias against online mental health services since telehealth wasn't on my radar early on but after a training recommended Doxy.me, I went ahead and haven't felt the need to switch. I still run in office sessions and when new clients ask about logistics, I let them know telehealth is available and ask if they want that option then I send the forms and walk them through Doxy.me. There was a learning curve but it was absolutely worth it. The only frustration shows up when some clients can't get stable internet access which seems more tied to rural connectivity than to anything wrong with the platform itself.
