“Great Program, very easy to get started.”
Pros
It was so easy to get started. No download and HIPAA-compliant. One of the truly bright spots during this pandemic.
Cons
I have no complaints except that some patients had trouble making it work on their phone. I'm not sure why, since I have used it on my phone with ease.

“Efficient and effective”
Pros
Doxy.me has been effortless for both myself, a licensed psychotherapist, and my clients, some of whom aren't very tech-savvy. Its intuitive interface has made the transition to Telehealth much smoother.
Cons
Occasionally, the visuals aren't as steady as I'd prefer uncertain if it's due to bandwidth stress or a software glitch.

“Very functioal”
Pros
This software saved my practice when the COVID shutdown hit. Affordable, has all I need, and I can assure clients nothing will be installed on their devices.
Cons
At first, my camera would sometimes not connect. I seem to be past that now. I make it a point to run their camera/mic test before every session.

“Great service to the medical and overall general community”
Pros
Very simple to use, and I never had any technical issues with it.
Cons
There was nothing I really disliked about it. There are paid options for better camera quality and other features, but I was fine with the quality of the free version.

“Excellent Telehealth platform”
Pros
Very good video and sound quality with no glitches or interruptions. Simple and straightforward to use, with no app to download for either myself or the patient. I've used it for approximately 10 video visits for appropriate Ob/Gyn situations. It saves patients a lot of time not having to drive in and brings in some additional revenue for professional consultations that would otherwise be a phone call. Very good for small offices that know patients well and do a lot of phone calls out of respect for people's time, especially when working with patients who tend to talk for a long time.
Cons
No concerns at this point. I haven't had any problems.

“UH-MAZING!!!!”
Pros
Easy to use! Very professional platform! Clients love it!
Cons
The video/audio quality sometimes lags. I don't like that Doxy forces us to use their payment platform. I trust the institutions I use now and don't want to switch payment methods.

“Extremely easy to use for telehealth visit”
Pros
Easy, straightforward, no registration or account needed for my patients. HIPAA-compliant, simple, and a free account available for me. It still looks professional to everyone.
Cons
Recently, even with a fast internet connection, the image can freeze occasionally. Lags can happen too. Sometimes there's an echo. It used to be much better. I wonder if this is due to a usage spike because of COVID-19.

Providers seamlessly integrated Doxy.me into their daily clinic work during COVID-19 operations. The multiple access options and virtual waiting room are extremely helpful.
Cons
