Once in use theres nothing remarkable. However the sales team is commendable.
Cons
The implementation team was highly unprofessional abandoning us midway through setup. Despite the softwares unreadiness we were denied a refund for our one-year subscription.

Drchrono made scheduling easy for us.
Cons
All their promises were false. The customer support was very bad. They use strong-arming techniques to get you to sign their contract. Once you have a signed contract they can at-will raise your subscription price.

Filing claims is a nightmare honestly. The coding feature and some other features are very slow and weird. A lot of major errors too.

When it's functioning properly I find the platform acceptable it doesn't outperform other options but in my experience it certainly isn't any worse than them.
Cons
It's terrible that I pay a significant amount for DrChrono and yet I feel like support barely exists. The listed phone number reroutes to voicemail which is constantly full and clearly hasn't been checked for months. When I email support I usually get a useless canned reply after about three days. We face recurring issues such as the site is slow, there are periodic outages and other continual glitches. Overall I am disappointed for the price I am paying, this isn't a reliable EMR in my opinion.

I have found the platform to be quite powerful, offering a patient portal, billing setup, form-building tools, e-prescribing functionality, diagnosis code lookup and more.
Cons
For me the user interface is acceptable but falls short in several areas when it comes to being user friendliness and supporting an efficient workflow. The customer support team also does not handle urgent issues as they are limited to regular business hours and cannot address emergency reports. I wish the DrChrono team would solicit feedback from users and act more quickly to implement system changes based on that input.

Pros
The best thing about this software is that you pay the monthly price that you initially started paying. They do not jack up their prices or charge you thousands like other software out there.
Cons
There is no helpline I can call for immediate assistance instead I have to send in an email and wait for the company to contact me!

Despite state laws mandating record retention DrChrono refused me access to my medical records after my subscription expired unless I signed up for another year which I found unethical.

Its an adequate software when operational but if issues arise youre left to fend for yourself.
Cons
Support is virtually nonexistent with no phone support and only web tickets. They failed to provide assistance during a 24-hour production outage.

The only way to register a complaint is through the web ticketing system which we do not like. There is NO phone support!
