I liked how customizable the templates were and I could add pictures directly into patient charts.
Cons
To my disappointment they unenrolled me from Medicare billing. Honestly I'd rate the experience a 0/10 and would not recommend it. Their billing problems led me to lose a significant number of reimbursement claims which has been financially painful. The trainers often seemed unfamiliar with the system. and after exploring it myself, I found I understood it better than they did. Training calls came through Google Voice, were frequently distorted and often rang from unknown numbers which only added to the chaos.

I cannot get any help from this team no matter what I do. Plus it would be a good thing if their platform ran perfectly but it keeps crashing constantly. And I have been trying to reach them about a problem for almost a week with no reply. There is no phone support as they require email and while they reply saying someone will follow up, that promised contact never happens.
