Pros
In comparison to many EMRs, this one is relatively easy to use, this is mainly what I like about this system.
Cons
It doesn’t flow well. It doesn’t run smoothly. There is no one that I may speak to in regards of support. The website doesn’t allow me to reset my password, I’ve also requested electronically to reset my password but no response yet. No response even after submitting a ticket. I wouldn’t really recommend this system; I just have to use it because my company uses this.

While uploading pictures and using the app are convenient the software isnt suitable for charting in a medspa setting due to its form limitations and excess features related to insurance.

Despite its visually pleasing interface theres little else I appreciate about this software. Ive contemplated switching EHR systems since we signed on but the hassle has kept me with drchrono despite hating the product the company and their abysmal support. However Ive finally reached my limit and were switching.
Cons
Almost everything else. Whenever I contacted the company with an issue their response (when I finally received one which takes forever) was initially to blame me and my staff. Eventually they admitted that we werent at fault but their product lacked those features or didnt function properly. The products design also poses a high risk of data loss which has occurred to us multiple times. With no local data storage losing internet connectivity after writing a note can result in losing all changes which is a foolish design for EHR software.

Pros
DrChrono offers powerful software aspiring to cater to various needs of a medical office. The standout feature is the exceptional customer support. Its evident that DrChrono values customer feedback and strives to make updates accordingly. Each page provides a wealth of information making it worthwhile to invest time in learning how to maximize the softwares potential.
Cons
Once significant updates were made to the software without any prior notice to users. I left work one evening only to start receiving messages about the changes from struggling staff the next morning. However this only occurred once in two years and wasnt typical of the software experience. A training period is recommended. Its not necessarily plug-and-play software for most people. The learning curve is relatively steep solutions arent always intuitive and windows tend to provide almost too much information making it challenging to focus on the necessary data if youre unfamiliar with the software. Its worth noting that emails sent through DrChrono to patients arent HIPAA-compliant. While its technically possible to manage inventory in DrChrono there are better services available.

Well I find it user friendly and it covers most of what I need from an EHR/EMR. Plus the interface is really easy to navigate and there are some basic yet quite handy customization options.
Cons
I find it might not be the best fit for practices that manage a very high patient volume or require enterprise-level scalability.

I'll admit I am not the most tech-savvy person but I find DrChrono incredibly user friendly and quick to learn and I also appreciate that it looks clean and attractive.
Cons
honestly there isn't much I have against it my only suggestion would be an option for a more compact view so I could view more appointments at once inside the same window.

Its user-friendly with just a few clicks required especially for customization like notes.
Cons
Eligibility verification didnt work for the entire year necessitating the use of standalone software. Signing notes was almost impossible often resulting in errors for approximately 10 minutes before allowing me to sign and lock them wasting a lot of time. Messaging patients through the portal was challenging to follow as replies didnt display message threads leaving us unaware of prior discussions. Customer service was inadequate with a list of excuses and no resolution of issues.

“Had a good run but it's time to move on.
Pros
Initially we loved the softwares customization when we became users. Despite being geared towards medical professionals we could tailor daily note templates appointment templates etc. to suit our chiropractic practice.
Cons
Since a software update earlier this year (2019 at the time of writing this) the software has been slower and less reliable in certain areas like daily note generation scheduling and authorization tracking. Additionally the support provided by DrChrono declined with wait times of up to 24 hours before receiving a response and issues often remained unresolved.

The fact that patients can fill out paperwork prior to arrival has saved a lot of time. You can easily customize the medical chart to streamline patient visits. This helps to receive full compensation for insurance accepting practices.
Cons
The function of the reports leaves a lot to be desired. There are several aspects that could be enhanced in the accounting and financial fields.

I liked how simple it was yet what stood out most to me was the built-in electronic fax capability.
