We have a large network and needed some 300+ users to be trained. They not only trained them all but individually solved their problems to get them on the same proficiency level.
Cons
Our case was special since the user base was large. They took some time to handle all the problems but it all worked out in the end.

“Exceeded my expectations!”
Pros
Running a small practice, I needed a solution that would not require me to hire a specialist to run it for me. All my staff has been trained on it with ease and I can build my own forms without paying anything extra.
Cons
It does allow access from anywhere but I wish they improved their iPad app. It is a bit outdated.

I have a mixed staff of full-time, part-time, and remote workers. DrClouds EMR has made it easy for all of them to collaborate with each other about the patients treatments, follow-ups, and billing.
