Too Many Clicks Limited Customization Options

Pros

The platform offers several useful features although I have only been using it for a brief period.

Cons

I find it excessively timeconsuming to record a note due to the excessive number of clicks required. Moreover the billing process seems questionable as they charged my credit card without fulfilling the promised service. The customer service while responsive often has limited solutions to offer. Additionally the system lacks the customization I desired such as the option to reorder medication directly from the medication history.

highly efficient and easy to use

Pros

The system is highly efficient and very easy to use. It is simple to learn, providing receptionists, medical assistants, doctors and nurses easy access. Patients also have the option to book appointments online and receive messages from their physicians.

Cons

My experience is that the system crashes or becomes unavailable for long periods at a time.

User-friendly after some time

Pros

I have found the software becomes very user-friendly after some time getting used to it. For my medical office it is excellent because it includes user friendly tools like automated call reminders for patients.

Cons

I find the ledger accounts a bit hard to make sense of.

support is way too bad

Pros

The software is really easy to use and the large buttons make navigation simple for anyone. Even people without a technical background can figure out how the program works. I also like how user-friendly it is across the whole workflow, from front desk scheduling through to physicians notes and I like the telephone encounter handling and fax integration features.

Cons

As an IT professional I am really disappointed by the support for this software as it's genuinely terrible. You cannot just roll up your sleeves and make fixes yourself. the product isn't set up for self-service, at least from my experience. When I call and mark an issue as a 'high priority' I end up waiting a day or even three for someone to get back to me. Unless I label the problem 'critical' or 'system down,' I don't get emergency attention. They do remote into your machine and solve the problem when they finally respond which is helpful but the whole response timeline is unacceptably slow.

Terrible Inefficient and Unhelpful Support

Pros

I appreciate the inclusion of the patients DOB on the Account CBO screen.

Cons

The tech support is unhelpful and the payment postings are often inaccurate requiring constant oversight. Additionally the system experiences frequent technical glitches requiring regular restarts. The list of grievances with the systems functionality and support services goes on.

Persistent Problems and Time Wastage

Pros

When the system is functioning correctly it serves its purpose adequately enabling access to records from multiple locations.

Cons

Daily operations are disrupted by regular technical issues with the system frequently freezing and certain features intermittently malfunctioning. Maintaining the systems functionality often requires considerable time and effort.
