Our staff has more time as we went from paper to electronic charting with the help of eCW. This allows everyone to access the charts simultaneously. eClinicalWorks was extremely simple and easy to learn and has incredibly upgraded creation at our facility. eCW permits numerous doctors to survey the data simultaneously without any delay. No more lost paper charts, finally.

The customer care really helped a lot to set up the software and provide information. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They helped us configure the software according to our needs and walked us through all the features. Furthermore, they didn’t get irritated when our team asked too many questions.

I really like eClinicalWorks because it makes it easy for me to record patient medical histories, chief complaints, family histories and detailed physician notes in an electronic format.

One thing I dislike most about eClinicalWorks is how challenging it can be to add other providers who are treating the patient and I also find it hard to retrieve test results that were performed at different clinics or external labs.
