Though I feel the company regrets that I have been unhappy with tech support and will try to improve it, I still have not been completely satisfied. Also, lots of time spent clicking and moving mouse to the same small drop box, which without touchscreen I think this is unavoidable.

Cons

They do not nickel and dime you for every feature you want; it's a one stop shop. Maintenance and all updates, additions and changes are included.
