“Paperless Workflow Saves Costs
Pros
Going mostly paperless has been a huge benefit, since the software is generally user-friendly and has reduced costs by eliminating printed MARS and TARS. I'm still learning the difference between tasks and treatments, so there's a bit of a learning curve left for me.
Cons
Medication reminders are displayed in a way that I find confusing, I wish due meds would be highlighted in a staggered, color-coded manner instead of many popping up at once. Editing an assessment is awkward because saving changes creates a new assessment and when interrupted I can't resume where I left off, making the process time-consuming.

“Efficient e-signature feature
Pros
What I find especially useful is the built-in e-signature feature which has made approving and managing care plans faster and more efficient.
Cons
Although the platform has many strengths but I think it is missing critical features like bowel movement tracking and wound monitoring limits my ability to document residents care fully.

Cons

Pros
One feature I really like is how it's organized for passing medications and I find it simple to produce facesheets plus I can enter comprehensive resident details and build their life-story profiles which helps personalize care.
Cons
I've realized I can't mark orders as 'DC' instead of 'Discontinued' and because state surveyors review our audit trails, I have to manually create an alert each time to call attention to the change.

“Extremely simple tool and responsive support
Pros
I'm finding this tool extremely simple and whenever my team or I need help their support responds promptly and efficiently which gives me confidence. The resident care plans and medication management tools are easy to navigate and since we recently began using the CRM portal we've actually been enjoying exploring and putting that functionality to use as well.
Cons
Honestly, I can't really name any drawbacks, the system's adaptability and wide range of tweaks are genuinely beneficial. That said, some users may face a steeper learning curve before feeling comfortable with all parts of the platform.

“Simple interface, smooth navigation
Pros
Working with this tool is great, I've found the interface very simple and navigating between its different areas is quick and easy, so I never waste time when I need to retrieve a document on short notice. Their customer service has also been excellent, consistently friendly and ready to guide me through any concern or question I have. Resident management runs smoothly and efficiently, allowing me to configure tasks specifically for our facility's needs, while medication management is easy to follow. On top of that, the security feels great so unauthorized users can't access files which makes this platform feel like real value for the money.
Cons
The system really needs an offline backup or some way to keep going when my internet dropsbecause staff get frustrated during outages when they can't document which interrupts workflows and delays care and record keeping.

Cons
I've observed that when a resident is marked LOA during a scheduled med pass but returns within an hour, the system doesn't flag that medications still need to be given, creating a gap in care.

When new medication administrators join our team, I find the software easy to learn and use and this ECP-based approach to administering medications feels easy and simple to follow.
Cons
Correcting orders that the pharmacy input incorrectly is often necessary which means I have to edit them so staff can give PRN medications the exact number of times allowed.

Everything about resident management is centralized. I really like that medication administration records feel simple, the audit trail is comprehensive and staff get timely real-time updates.
Cons
In my experience the system offers limited options for tailoring workflows, its reporting feels somewhat dated and not as flexible as competing platforms and when I've contacted support their answers can come off overly scripted and not adaptable to the situation.

“Auto-Processing Causes Inventory Confusion

One thing I truly appreciate is the support team and I find the application easy and simple for me to navigate.
Cons
Most frustrating to me is how the system automatically processes incoming inventory which leads to persistent confusion between the facility and our pharmacy because personnel at the facility assume items will be handled automatically and then hold the pharmacy responsible when things don't happen as they expected, for instance, the platform's approach to two-part orders (scheduled and PRN) and the way it adjusts quantities based on RF versus RE messages causes mismatches and blame that could be avoided with clearer control over receipt processing.
