“Friendly knowledgeable support!!
Pros
When I've contacted customer support, the representatives have always been knowledgeable and friendly and I've never waited more than an hour to get an issue resolved.
Cons
Although I find it lacking some of the specific features I personally search for, I still consider it a great, well-designed program overall.

“medication inventory convenience
Pros
I really appreciate the medication inventory feature because it's easy for our staff and I enjoy the convenience of reviewing multiple residents charts right from my desk without dealing with piles of paper.
Cons
While I find almost no issues with the system, whenever something unexpected does crop up I can quickly contact customer support and they help me resolve the problem almost immediately which I appreciate.

“Feels far too complex for our small operation
Pros
Although the software works well for larger facilities, I've found that for our small ten-bed operation it feels too complex and tough for our scale.
Cons
What really bothers me is that they effectively lock you into a three-year contract without your explicit consent which felt unfair and was never something I agreed to.

“Consolidated & manageable workflow
Pros
What I really like is that everything's congreatated in one place which makes my responsibilities in ECP as the BOM easy and manageable, I can quickly locate the information I need and efficiently maintain and reference my observation notes without hassle.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of much that's wrong it fits our facility's needs almost perfectly and I've hardly run into problems, the only time I felt annoyed was when the system was down for an entire day but apart from that it's been excellent.

For me, getting users up and running is really simple and while the rest of the features aren't anything special, they do the job.
Cons

“Limited and Inefficient Backup System
Pros
This system is incredibly easy to use and I can quickly bring new hires up to speed without much hand-holding which saves training time and reduces my stress.
Cons
The backup is handy when the main system is down yet I wish it would let us select only the pages or sections we actually need instead of forcing a full printout that can easily top two hundred sheets and furthermore when the power goes out the backup becomes almost unusable unless I'm missing something about how it works, so it would be great if there were a more granular and power-independent option.

“too many entry options!
Pros
When I'm navigating the cart setup screens, I really appreciate how easy they are and how quickly I can identify and confirm which resident I'm working with which makes my workflow smoother during busy shifts.
Cons
I get frustrated because there are far too many different ways to enter the same item, for example Treatment, Daily Task, Care Plan, or Single Care and that redundancy creates confusion and inefficiency in my routine.

“Simple consolidated charting
Pros
Charting here is really simple, I can create progress notes all in one congreatated area without jumping between different sections and that saves me time every day.
Cons
I struggle with generating reports because the process feels tough and I also notice the system lacks clear categorization specifically for medication classifications which makes it harder to find what I need.

Navigating this tool has made sending pharmacy questions a lot easier and I like that medications are tracked in one place so I can keep an eye on everything without switching systems.
Cons

When I show others how to use it, I find it quick to teach because the layout is clear and people pick it up fast.
Cons

I rely on the daily task lists and the flexible care plans to keep facility duties organized, setting everything up took work but the support team stuck with me and the charting plus pharmacy integration now keeps order processing smooth and accurate.
Cons
In my experience, reordering medications involves an extra review step before the request is sent off to the pharmacy which adds an additional checkpoint to the workflow.

Pros
One thing I appreciate is being able to pull recent notes and training materials quickly, having that access right when I need it supports my day-to-day tasks.

“Focuses on client care
Pros
While the price was attractive, what really stood out to me was how the system focuses on client care instead of just billing. Our pharmacy helped populate much of the setup and within a week caregivers were filing Incident Reports, the developers clearly know caregiving workflows and support staff have been knowledgeable and direct when I asked for help.
Cons
Terminology and definitions threw me for a loop at first because what I called something wasn't always the label this tool used, yet when I raised the issue they gave thoughtful explanations and worked toward terms that everyone could accept, through that process I adjusted my own language and now refer to what I used to call "Notes" and COC as "Observations," which ultimately made communication smoother for the whole team.

“Easy for healthcare beginners
Pros
As someone new to healthcare, I found the product easy to pick up and especially useful for seeing who administered meds in an emergency. It even automates medication counts and reorders which has saved me a lot of time, customer support walked me through any questions I had.
Cons
I was not given sufficient training by my organization so it took me a while to iron out the initial problems and get everything running smoothly which was frustrating at first, additionally, I'm uneasy that other staff members can access the same informationbecause entries can be altered or removed by someone else without my oversight.

“Need Clearer Training Guidance

The training support impressed me, there are so many resources available that I still find myself surprised by how much they cover and that depth has helped my team feel confident.
Cons
Honestly, I feel overwhelmed by how much is presented at once and I wish the trainers would give more guidance on what to tackle first and how to approach it, while also continuing regular, ongoing training over an extended period so everyone can stay on track.

I've found this tool approachable and easy to learn, especially since I'm not the fastest at new systems, the help desk has been consistently helpful and answered my questions promptly.
Cons
With the old system we used, the med-pass workflow felt more easy to me because after I recorded a medication for a resident their portrait on the Home Screen would either disappear or appear dimmed which made it clear at a glance who still required attention, this platform doesn't do that in the same way, so I sometimes find it less immediate when tracking completed doses.

After the updates, I find the LeaDS features very user-friendly and useful for follow-ups and marketing coordination, it really helped our team work together more effectively.
Cons
I was annoyed that the platform kept signing me out repeatedly but after contacting technical support they responded promptly and resolved the problem in short order which I appreciate.

“Reduces busywork with great step-by-step support
Pros
Our team uses this platform for eMAR, care plans, psych meds and charting and I appreciate how it reduces busywork. When I don't understand something, support guides me step by step until I'm comfortable with it.
Cons
One feature I'd love to see is a searchable training library because right now I sometimes spend ten minutes or longer just trying to find a particular topic and that can be frustrating, being able to type a single word and immediately see matching options would make locating training much faster and more efficient for me.
