“prompt, helpful customer support
Pros
Whenever I reach out with a question, the customer support team is consistently helpful and addresses issues promptly, making the product much easier and more reliable to use.
Cons
At the facility where we work, refill requests are submitted through this platform and we often do not receive the corresponding notifications which leads to confusion and occasional delays in processing.

“Clear order review interface
Pros
For me, the interface is incredibly easy, orders flow in and with a few clicks I can review and save them, medication pass schedules are configured by time.
Cons
Honestly, I can't come up with anything I genuinely dislike about the product, as nothing stands out to me as a clear weakness.

“simple organized workflow
Pros
The program feels very simple and I value how the entire interface and workflow are clearly organized.
Cons
When using it, the area that gave me the most trouble involved the care plans which I found confusing and difficult to navigate until I invested extra time to figure them out.

Customer service team has been extremely responsive and patient which made the process much easier when I had questions.
Cons

“slow workflow process

I can quickly access all documentation for every resident in one place, saving time when I need to find records.
Cons
While several functions work, I'm finding that some parts aren't as simple as I'd prefer and I run into repetitive data entry that slows me down, for example, the Behavior Management Plan requires me to type the same content into both places on the form rather than carrying it over automatically which feels redundant. The workaround for Questions is an improvement over the original setup, yet when I need to change an existing question I have to delete it entirely and enter it anew as a separate item which is somewhat clunky. On top of that I end up typing the questions multiple times, three separate entries in total, so simplifying that flow would really make my workflow smoother and reduce unnecessary repetition.

“customizable assessments
Pros
I really like that I can customize assessments for my team, it provides state-required templates, like Utah's Assisted Living requirementsand most of our staff can teach themselves the software since it's simple and very user-friendly.
Cons
Although no software is without limitations and I've noticed a few small quirks with this platform, what I'd most like is the ability to add conditional logic in assessments so that selecting "yes" would reveal additional parts of the assessment while selecting "no" would keep them hidden, it's a minor point and I expect this tool might add that feature down the road and given how cooperative they are I'm confident they would build it if it became absolutely necessary for us.

What I really appreciate about this product is how effortlessly it integrates into my day-to-day, offering genuine convenience that simplifies tasks and saves me time.
Cons

“integration phase challenges
Pros
Although we haven't gone live yet, I've worked with this tool a bit in a previous role and, even without any formal training at that time, the system was simple enough that I could jump right in and handle tasks. Whenever questions popped up, I would call customer service and they were available immediately, walking me through what I needed and helping me get to the point where I could move forward without feeling stuck.
Cons
Right now we're still in the integration phase and I'm really wishing we had someone on-site to guide us through the initial setup instead of relying only on remote supportbecause having a person physically present would make the kickoff feel less uncertain. What bugs me is that the medication 'classification' appears to be used merely to trigger rules rather than acting as a true drug classification and the Drug Info link makes it hard to locate the drug class. Having taken the CBRF Med Administration course and worked in nursing, I know pharmacology is organized by drug classes since indications can vary and the class tells you how a drug will affect the body, so I genuinely wish that real drug-class information were included in the system.

“organized and efficient tool
Pros
Having come from the old school where every note was handwritten and stored in resident charts, I find this system infinitely neater and far easier to usebecause I can quickly pull up a resident's history without rummaging through years of paper files, it also lets me keep a daily eye on how residents are doing and track medication passes to confirm that everything is being administered as it should.
Cons
There really isn't anything I actively dislike about the program but I do feel like there's a lot I don't understand and could benefit from more in-depth training so I can take full advantage of all the features, for example, I'd love to learn how to use this tool for ISPs because at the moment I'm the one who has to write every single plan by hand which is time-consuming and feels avoidable with the right guidance.

Pros
A member of customer support truly went above and beyond to track down answers to my questions and I really appreciate how patient and thorough she was in helping me, thank you to the customer support team.
Cons
I wish they would post recordings of all webinars on the website so I could watch them on my own schedule and revisit the content whenever I needed a refresher.

“user-friendly and customizable tool
Pros
Because I'm already comfortable browsing the web and shopping online, I found this tool easy to use and training my staff took very little time thanks to its simple interface, it's also highly customizable, integrates with our pharmacy which has noticeably reduced the nursing workload and the customer support team has been outstanding, so overall I'm very pleased with this tool.
Cons
I do find that when we run this tool on a Chromebook it can become unstable under heavier use, with system demand sometimes causing the machine to freeze and forcing me to restart it to recover.
