customer support is very helpful

Pros

Customer support has consistently come through for me, responding quickly and adapting their assistance to my specific billing requirements which I really appreciate, the reporting tools, meanwhile, shave off so much time when I'm posting revenue and the scheduling features help me hit billing deadlines without scrambling.

Cons

It would be great if the app could automatically populate billing forms such as the CMS-1500, since competitors already offer that convenience, I'm really hoping the developers add that capability in a near-future update because it would align my workflow considerably.

incredibly simple platform

Pros

This tool is incredibly simple and easy to navigate, so our staff rarely runs into problems, when something does come up, the support team is prompt and helpful in resolving it. Our organization relies on virtually every module, ranging from eMAR to incident reporting and we've integrated our custom assessment instrument into the platform alongside additional supporting assessments and evaluations which makes the system overall an excellent solution.

Cons

I'd love for the platform to include AI-driven features for example, tools that could analyze documentation and incident reports to predict resident risk concerns proactively.

easy and responsive tool

Pros

My team finds the system incredibly easy to use and whenever we've needed help the support team has been prompt and helpful, so I can say we've never waited longer than a day or two to get a response.

Cons

The main drawback I've come across is that I can't save certain documents and return to them later which forces me and my colleagues to spend a great deal of time re-entering assessment data that should persist between sessions.

centralized records save time

Pros

As a user, I find this tool excellent, especially because uploading is easy and it lets me store all records in one centralized location which saves time and reduces clutter. The support team has always been knowledgeable and approachable, answering questions quickly and making implementation much smoother than I expected. I'd definitely recommend this system to any assisted living facility or skilled nursing facility because it's well-suited to those environments.

Cons

I find configuring staff notification alerts to be unnecessarily complicated and on top of that there isn't any functionality that warns me when a resident hasn't had a bowel movement for 48 hours.

excellent value and support

Pros

I'm seriously impressed with how much value I'm getting for the price and their customer support has been excellent and responsive, plus being able to reach this tool from any location is an enormous advantage for our facility's workflow.

Cons

One thing I find frustrating is that the offline pharmacy module feels neglected and doesn't integrate smoothly which leaves many useful pharmacy features out of reach for us, I would love to use them but they currently aren't compatible with our setup.

user-friendly for training

Pros

As someone who trains new employees at our company, I find this tool extremely user-friendly and because it's easy to navigate I can easily teach new hires how to use it.

Cons

Not a con but I struggle with configuring the system so that different staff members can each be assigned to count controlled medications for individual clientsbecause our setup doesn't group clients by halls but instead has staff supporting clients one-on-one which makes managing those separate counts tough.

easy navigation and support

Pros

For me, the interface is extremely easy to navigate and I always find the support team to be quick, friendly and ready with answers, since the staff clearly know their stuff.

Cons

I'd really prefer the session timeout to be extendable beyond two hours, or better yet, removed entirely so that I stay logged in until I explicitly sign out, right now the enforced timeout interrupts my workflow.

quick guidance for log-in

Pros

While working through the customization options, I ran into trouble securing my company log-in but the team replied quickly with clear, step-by-step guidance that fixed the issue, so I'm very satisfied with the support and overall service.

Cons

Being unexpectedly logged out and not knowing my company log-in credentials was really frustrating at first, yet once I obtained the correct information I successfully signed back in and managed to secure the log-in details.

medication administration simplified

Pros

For me, the Medication Administration section really helps our staff follow medication orders accurately and with ease.

Cons

This tool feels complex, offering more features than I personally use, I also noticed it only lets me add appointments for today or earlier and it really needs the capacity to schedule future appointments so that everything can be congreatated in one place effectively.

easy daily caregiving

Pros

Navigating this tool has been very easy which keeps our daily caregiving routine under control, my team appreciates how it simplifies their duties and reduces errors.

Cons

One thing that really annoys me is that whenever I update a care plan there isn't a timestamp added to the change and on top of that I find it quite tough and inefficient that I'm required to complete an assessment every single time any part of the care plan is altered.

prompt expert support

Pros

When I first started using this tool, I had to reach out to customer support several times and each time they replied promptly and showed real expertise.

Cons

Getting up to speed on a new EMR was harder than I expected, so much material was packed into a brief timeframe and I would have loved an additional day to complete data entry while customer support was available to answer my questions.

patient and courteous help

Pros

What I value most is how patient, friendly and courteous the customer service helpline is, they always guide me through setup properly and if they can't solve something, they quickly connect me with someone who can.

Cons

For me, it's tough to scan multiple documents and keep files neatly organized within the system and I wish the program worked more like Outlook or SharePoint where I could select and move groups of files at oncebecause that capability would make digital filing in this tool far more efficient.

Integration Challenges and Data Delays

Pros

From my experience, the medication documentation and residential daily-task tools work extremely well, making routine charting much smoother. Having all resident information in one place reduces confusion and the reporting feature saves me a lot of time when agencies request data. Whenever I've called customer service, they've responded promptly with clear solutions.

Cons

We've attempted to integrate this tool with our Microsoft 365 environment and that process has been challenging, to the point where implementation has stalled and progress is at a standstill for now. I would like to be able to access and track data in a more efficient, near real-time waybecause delays are problematic. Another ongoing issue is that medications sometimes fail to be pushed through from the pharmacy which remains a point of friction between this tool and our pharmacy partner and has negatively affected aspects of our residential care.

easy MAR navigation

Pros

I'm impressed by how easy the MAR is to navigate and I find it very simple to complete care plan assessments and turn them into daily tasks for staff.

Cons

The lack of customization for our specific population is frustrating and I would really like a visual cue where, after medications are administered during each med pass, the resident is greyed out to indicate their meds for that pass have been completed.

User-friendly and simple tool

Pros

What stands out to me is how user-friendly and simple the platform feels, paired with customer support that replies incredibly fast with clear, helpful guidance.

Cons

What bothers me is that there isn't a dedicated appointment module for tenants, having to use tasks to log and track appointments ends up feeling tough, redundant and needlessly time-consuming.

frequent system crashes

Pros

I really appreciate being able to tailor tasks, medications and caregiver duties for each patient and having the flexibility to schedule tasks daily, weekly, or monthly with multiple time slots.

Cons

Unfortunately, I've come across frequent system crashes and sign-in problems that can happen daily and sometimes even multiple times a day and on some occasions these outages persist for days, completely preventing clients from using the service.

tailored support and guidance

Pros

We receive a genuinely tailored level of support and the team is always eager to help design products and workflows specifically for our company, they even call regularly to check that everything meets our needs.

Cons

I've noticed that on occasion we'll agree on certain tasks or promises that then remain unfinished for a long stretch and even though discussions about delays are often productive, responsibility for slow progress can rest with either party depending on circumstances.

Feasible staff training

Pros

Using the system has been incredibly easy, with excellent support and I found it very easy to train new staff. Since I entered most of our residents myself, I can say the resident-entry process was surprisingly quick and easy.

Cons

The medication administration module feels somewhat tough compared with our old system and the two-step reorder procedure seems unnecessary, I'd love an option to disable it plus checking new medications into the program before administration adds extra steps that slow the workflow.

Quick resident info access

Pros

Having the ability to pull up every resident's medical details and medication list from any facility saves me a lot of time and the interface makes adding residents and setting up charts very simple.

Cons

Getting irritated when trying to search for or add a provider is common for me because the system insists on an office location which drags out the process and it times out and logs me out far too often.

great tool...

Pros

I'm genuinely pleased with ECP overallbecause it's far easier and more effective than the old paper MAR and has made documentation much smoother for me.

Cons

What frustrates me most is that the system doesn't allow extra time for documentation and it doesn't guide me on how to discontinue medications.
