“Organized charting workflow
Pros
I've been able to finish my charting and observations quickly because everything is organized in a way that keeps me from getting lost or held up.
Cons
I do face times when the interface is sluggish and the system occasionally goes down unexpectedly which interrupts my workflow and can be frustrating.

“Perfect for team coordination
Pros
What I appreciate most is how it keeps our whole team coordinated on residents' medication schedules, helping ensure doses are handled correctly and documented every time.
Cons
There are certain limitations that can be frustrating at times but I understand why those restrictions are necessary and recognize the importance of maintaining them

“Easy navigation workflow
Pros
At my facility, I find this tool incredibly useful in our everyday workflowbecause it's so easy to navigate, charting, documenting, placing med reorders, recording medication destructions and accessing resident details and more are literally at my fingertips, making it truly easy to use.
Cons
However, I miss having in-app chat support and I also need more great medication inventory features as well as clearer tools for tracking and documenting med destruction.

Personally, I find the product extremely user-friendly and I can easily move through the interface to update existing records and add new information without much hassle.
Cons
One frustrating limitation I frequently face is that while I'm composing a note in the documentation section I can't navigate into other parts of a patient's chart for reference which is problematic because I regularly need to check labs, medication lists, or prior entries, as things stand I either lose the text I've typed if I try to switch away, or I'm forced to save, close the note and then reopen it to continue editing which interrupts my workflow and wastes time. Additionally, not everyone on our unit has permissions to edit their notes, so even when collaboration is necessary someone might be unable to make corrections or add missing details, creating further delays and communication gaps.

“aligned operations!
Pros
Since we rolled this system into our operations, it's honestly transformed how we work, we've cut down on paper use and our capacity to log client cares and maintain charting has become noticeably more aligned and efficient than it was before.
Cons
I already raised this with support but despite those conversations we still can't input BSL readings when the meter displays 'hi' or 'lo' instead of a numeric value which prevents accurate recording in those situations.

“Convenient and easy platform
Pros
My team and I consistently find the platform simple and easy, so we pick up its features quickly and can train others with minimal effort which makes daily use and onboarding much smoother for everyone.
Cons

Customer support has always been fast and genuinely helpful, getting back to me quickly whenever I needed assistance.

Pros
This tool's layout and features feel really easy to use, even though I'm not the most tech-savvy, the charting, compliance tools and internal staff notes all work great.
Cons
One thing I wish the platform had is a dedicated calendar tab, so management could input appointments and events that would notify and prompt staff to take action.

Pros
The clean design and organization of this platform really grew on me, making it easy to move through tasks efficiently.

Every so often it does lag for me, though that's pretty rare and in most situations I just log out and then log back in which usually resolves the problem immediately.

This product makes keeping everything organized simple since I can add almost anything I need and I appreciate that the company is open to customizing features for our facility.
Cons
At first the care plan felt a bit tricky to navigate but after using it for a while I believe most of those little quirks have been resolved so it's much smoother now.

Pros
The workflow matches how I prefer to work which makes getting things done smoother and more efficient.
Cons
That said, having to learn yet another program can be a bit of a burden for me however, I have to admit that customer service is outstandingbecause their support team is always on hand whenever I face an issue, they jump in to assist promptly and they follow up to make sure my problems have been resolved and to offer any additional help I might need.

The software feels simple and if I run into anything confusing, customer service responds quickly, making it easy to use, the mini-workshops are also a huge help in learning features.
Cons
Signing in every single time I access the app is a real annoyance because it forces me to authenticate on every login, I'd much prefer a setting that recognizes my laptop specifically so I don't have to repeat the process.
