Tons of clicks to do anything. Customer support is extremely lacking. Load time for everything is atrocious. Running reports crashes the system for everyone. Every update breaks something that used to work. New 'chime' noise with latest update that 'can't be turned off' even though it wasn't there for the last 5 years.

I appreciate that 10e11 operates from NY State making it easier for them to be in sync with our state's regulations. Additionally I find their product userfriendly. The team at 10e11 seems to be improving the software not just to comply with requirements but also based on feedback from customers who require software that facilitates highquality patient care without complicated EHR systems.
Cons
The product is effective in an outpatient OP setting but is not performing as well in our Detox and IP Units because these units have a higher medical requirement. Our physicians and nurses are requesting a physiciansnursing console approach to make it easier for them to manage patients without having to access each patient's individual chart.
