Pros

This product has everything I need, constantly evolving and staying compliant with state regulations, making it easier for me to stay on track.

Cons

I notice our software slowing down, likely due to heavy usage. Speed-wise, it's decent, but I wish there were more guidance available.

10e11 Staff have been great. I believe they care about their customers and their needs.
Pros

I appreciate that 10e11 operates from NY State making it easier for them to be in sync with our state's regulations. Additionally I find their product userfriendly. The team at 10e11 seems to be improving the software not just to comply with requirements but also based on feedback from customers who require software that facilitates highquality patient care without complicated EHR systems.

Cons

The product is effective in an outpatient OP setting but is not performing as well in our Detox and IP Units because these units have a higher medical requirement. Our physicians and nurses are requesting a physiciansnursing console approach to make it easier for them to manage patients without having to access each patient's individual chart.

Easy to learn. Recent functionalities were implemented that work great for our company.
Pros

I love the continuous addition of new features and training provided. Whenever I need support, it's readily available. Learning and navigating it is a breeze.

Cons

The alerts and reports lack completeness, with crucial data missing from each report, necessitating additional manual data retrieval.

Pros

The user-friendliness of this software is remarkable! New staff can quickly learn to use it.

Cons

Many of my past concerns have been addressed, thanks to Bob's proactive approach in seeking user and clinician feedback to improve the system. Grateful for the ongoing enhancements!

I am a Billing Specialist and use the software to bill record payments and run reports.
Pros

Compared to other software I've used, this one is much more user friendly, particularly for posting payments.

Cons

I have faced issues with the reliability of reports and payment processing. Vital information like authorizations, discharges, and intake details often fail to appear on claims, leading to manual data entry or discrepancies between electronic and paper claims.

The process from the beginning has been easy and the support has always been tuned in to our needs
Pros

I find it extremely user friendly meeting all our requirements for tracking client information. Setups are straightforward, and troubleshooting is a breeze also the support team is exceptionally helpful, ensuring they don't give up until they solve the problem.

Cons

I wish the reporting system could generate information more swiftly. Tailored reports specific to our needs would be a big help in managing our program effectively.

Pros

I appreciate that 10e11 is based in NY State, staying updated with our regulatory bodies' requirements. The simplicity of the product is fantastic. I feel the staff at 10e11 prioritize enhancing the software, not just to meet requirements, but because they listen to their customers. They understand we need software that maximizes patient care without complexity.

Cons

While the software excels in outpatient settings, it's a bit challenging for our Detox and IP Units due to their complex medical requirements. Physicians and nurses seek a more streamlined approach to patient management, like a dedicated console for them.

Replies to questions are not always prompt & good customer service is hit or miss.
Pros

Discovering shortcuts on my own is handy, although a user manual would be beneficial.

Cons

Compared to other software I've used, this one looks outdated and frequently encounters glitches, especially after unannounced updates. Some features seem promising but end up malfunctioning or failing to perform as expected.

Good learning experience, offers insight to both the clinical and administrative parts of ECR
Pros

The software supports managing day-to-day tasks efficiently. It helps maintain compliance with policies and regulations, offering new templates to support capturing clinical standards of practice. The electronic billing portal and staff are always available and supportive in troubleshooting.

Cons

There is very little to dislike about the software. If anything, its operation from a remote desktop makes accessibility somewhat less convenient.

We previously had a different EMR and eCR is light years ahead in terms of functionality.
Pros

It is fully integrated and very user friendly. I particularly love using Power BI.

Cons

Custom feature requests take longer than desired, and while billing functions were initially cumbersome, they're gradually improving.

This program meets all our needs for charting, reporting, billing, and accounting. It's adaptable and continuously updating with new features. Ten Eleven welcomes user requests for improvements, providing great ongoing training and support. Highly recommended for electronic billing and client record keeping.

It has been a wonderful working with a vendor who is not about the "one size fits all" approach.

The eCR is straightforward and easy to learn, with interfaces suitable for users of any computer experience level. Its integrated functions and features, from program to revenue cycle management, can be easily customized to meet our organization's needs. It ensures compliance with state regulations and aids in program management. Access to canned reports with just-in-time data is convenient. The software evolves with time, staying ahead in an ever-changing HIT industry.

Despite appearing helpful, some fields don't function as intended, causing frustration when attempting to use them.
