Cons

The pre-populated note templates contain spelling errors and unnecessary spaces making it unprofessional when sending out charts.

Great value and easy to navigate tool

Pros

I find it extremely user-friendly and the value it offers is exceptional. I can perform almost every task on it and my account representative is always available to assist. Appointment notifications are provided for all appointments and the built-in clearinghouse feature works well.

Cons

Customer service could use some improvement and any necessary training has to be scheduled, which can sometimes lead to limited availability but the account representative is always available to assist with these issues. Additionally integrating your fax line is not an option.

Pros

The price is appealing to me especially because my entire clinic relies on this system. I can manage notes claims payments and scheduling efficiently. Training front office workers on it is also very straightforward.

Cons

Setting up took a while and while its now personalized its not exactly how I would prefer.

SOAP notes are straightforward and creating follow-up visits is quick using information from previous visits. Managing notes is also very easy with the overview.

Cons
