The EHR is really intuitive and easy to use, with a smooth navigation system that makes it simple to find what you need. The support is also top notch, always ready to give quick assistance whenever it's needed.

I have not encountered any cons I find the program easy to use.

I find it extremely user-friendly and the value it offers is exceptional. I can perform almost every task on it and my account representative is always available to assist. Appointment notifications are provided for all appointments and the built-in clearinghouse feature works well.

Customer service could use some improvement and any necessary training has to be scheduled, which can sometimes lead to limited availability but the account representative is always available to assist with these issues. Additionally integrating your fax line is not an option.
