I find it extremely user-friendly and the value it offers is exceptional. I can perform almost every task on it and my account representative is always available to assist. Appointment notifications are provided for all appointments and the built-in clearinghouse feature works well.

Customer service isnt great and scheduling training can be tricky but my account rep is helpful integrating a fax line isnt possible.
