Office Ally is simple and user-friendly for scheduling managing electronic health records and billing.
Cons
The only improvement Id suggest for Office Ally after using it for over 8 years is the ability to print a patient ledger with the providers details. Currently this is not available and its essential for certain financial records.

It effectively handles SOAP notes and claims creation in my small office.
Cons
There are no reminders for pending notes and the built-in note templates need improvement. Also only small files can be added to a patients record which is limiting. Its not the most user-friendly system and sometimes it loads slowly.
