incredibly user friendly with hassle-free training

Pros

The platform is incredibly user friendly and the support team is consistently helpful and attentive to what we need. Training new staff on the software is also a hassle free process.

Cons

We honestly cannot think of a single thing we dislike about it as it runs quickly and dependably. And if something does come up, getting help from the team is not a problem.

great adaptability and useful features

Pros

Its adaptability across our various programs is a major plus. Plus being able to fix mistakes by unsigning documents is really useful and having free-text options during treatment planning gives us the freedom to word goals, objectives and interventions exactly how we want.

Cons

At times it can be a little surprising when updates pop up out of the blue. Icons sometimes switch without any notice and then I have to figure out what the new ones do.

Well-organized and smooth to navigate

Pros

I like how well-organized everything is and how the updates roll out. You can move through it smoothly without losing your place or needing to constantly backtrack.

Cons

There are times I get logged out when the system refreshes late at night while I am entering notes. Aside from that, my only other issue is that it can be hard to get in touch with tech support when I really need them.

Fast and simple with all details

Pros

We can pull up every detail we need about our residents all in one spot. Overall it is much faster and simpler than hunting through different places to gather information.

Cons

It updates quite often and usually shuts down overnight which really interrupts what our night staff needs to get done.

User-friendly and a complete game-changer

Pros

It is so user-friendly and simple to navigate. Plus having all my client charts instantly available without having to sift through physical folders is a game-changer too.

Cons

We get the occasional hiccups as with any piece of tech and those can break our focus. But other than that, I really don't have any issues.

Pros

Using it is not a problem and we can get to it from anywhere. Plus the app is neatly organized and packed with helpful information.

Cons

My only small complaint with the EHR is that it asks me to change my password every so often. I have been using the app for years now so it's happened a few times already.

easy and seamless, runs smoothly

Pros

The whole experience is easy and smooth and I'd definitely recommend it to other companies and CCWs. It runs smoothly and is simple to figure out.

Cons

Sometimes I get kicked out while I am using it and I really wish they could fix that. Also it is frustrating to be right in the middle of something and have to start all over.

impressive flexibility and customization

Pros

Griffith Centers has partnered with EHR your way for four years now. We are really impressed with how flexibly they work with our agency and handle the complex needs of the other organizations we collaborate with. The level of customization we can achieve to fit all our different programs and services is something we absolutely love. Plus the customer service and the entire company are a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable about the platform and can meet all our needs. I mean there was not another platform out there that could do what we required and EHR made it happen for us.

Cons

When we start using it laying out everything we needed for our different programs and their services took some time to build. We had to go program by program to avoid glitches and make sure every field worked the way we needed.

Pros

It is pretty user friendly once you get familiar with it and the help desk replies super fast! I have contacted them by email and phone and they fixed my issues quickly both times.

Cons

There was a slight learning curve as with any new program. And it is packed with features so it naturally takes a while to explore everything.

Pros

Having all my clients details right at my fingertips in a single location is a huge benefit. I also love that I can share documents and collect client signatures digitally.

Cons

It is incredibly handy and uncomplicated. I rarely run into any glitches but knowing support is there if needed is reassuring.

Cons

I feel like a short grace period to correct submissions would be helpful just in case someone makes a small mistake right after sending something.

smooth for handling calls and notes

Pros

It's an easy platform for handling calls and documenting notes. The staff is also really supportive whenever problems come up and they always welcome our feedback.

Cons

I think it would be great to find a way to handle anonymous calls. Right now it's hard to clear one without entering a phone number.
