“Great options diagnoses but difficult to get started with”
Pros
Having so many options for goals and diagnoses was great. Once I figured out how to use them managing appointments got much simpler.
Cons
Getting started was pretty tough for us. We ran into quite a few issues at the beginning and our office manager spent a lot of time on calls with support. That said your team was always ready to assist. Honestly it took me a full year to really understand all the features and even then I'd miss things. Thankfully our office manager is good with tech and helped me through the frustrating moments. All year, I'd hear from coworkers, Wait, you can do that with it? I was using the system through 2022 and 2023 and I'd often get stuck when entering diagnoses. And it was hard to locate the right one and then make sure it populated into my report correctly. It felt like a maze I had to hope my way through and having a guide was pretty much essential to figure it all out.

“completely transformed my counseling practice”
Pros
Running my counseling practice,I can truly say it has completely transformed how I work. Juggling client notes, billing and appointments across different systems was exhausting but EHRYW brought it all together into one secure, simple platform. The design is also neat, easy to navigate and I can adjust it to fit exactly how I like to work.
Cons
We definitely went through an adjustment phase just like with any new platform. Transferring all our client records was a process too but the team was absolutely stellar in helping us get everything moved over and settled.

“Powerful system with a hipaa-compliant portal”
Pros
It is a powerful system overall with a HIPAA-compliant portal that makes it easy for clinicians to schedule, monitor visits and access records. The patient portal also lets clients view their treatment plans and sign documents.
Cons
The patient portal feels like it could use a refresh especially to work better on phones. Not having spell-check in notes and running into occasional bugs can be frustrating although support usually sorts them out fast. Some updates take a while to roll out but I think bringing in newer tech could really help clinicians down the line.

“saves us time”
Pros
Using EHR Your Way is so simple that I do not spend extra time on paperwork. After a full day of therapy sessions, when I get home I can actually disconnect and relax.
Cons
I have noticed a few small typos here and there that I wish I could correct myself. Other than that I really do not have any issues with how the product works.

“simple to use with fast support”
Pros
EHR Your Way is incredibly simple to use and their support team is always fast and helpful whenever something comes up. I also like that they keep adding new features over time like the autopay option for clients. The patient portal is dependable too and easy for everyone, creating notes is simple and logging in as a provider is secure yet hassle-free which keeps the day running smoothly.
Cons
There is very little I do not like but I would really like an auto-save function for notes so I don't lose work if the page reloads or closes. A dark mode would also be a welcome addition to make long documentation periods easier on the eyes.

“User-friendly even for non-tech people”
Pros
What stands out is how user-friendly the EHR is even for someone like me who is not very tech-oriented. The setup makes all the features easy to find and understand so we hardly need any training to get started.
Cons
I noticed that the EHR can be a bit buggy sometimes and I also believe it has the potential to do more than what we are currently using it for.

“excellent and customizable, flows much better”
Pros
Our experience with EHR Your Way has been excellent. We customized it to fit our needs and now our documentation flows much better than with our old system. The security is strong too and the patient portal works perfectly for sharing assessments and collecting signatures.
Cons
There is not much at all that bothers me about this product. To me it feels superior in so many ways compared to others out there. I do not have any real complaints.

“Best features tailored to our needs”
Pros
The range of features and the ability to tailor everything to our specific requirements has been the best. As supervisors we can easily track a client's entire journey and writing notes is very simple too.
Cons
Nothing really comes to mind. Whenever we have reached out to customer support, we have always been able to find solutions that fit exactly what we need.

“Highly adaptable for behavioral health”
Pros
It is highly adaptable for behavioral health workflows. Everything is integrated such as scheduling, telehealth and the patient portal. Plus the reporting and export tools are thorough for billing and audits and the onboarding guides are clear with support that's quick to respond.
Cons
The initial setup has a steeper learning curve for administrators so you'll want to plan for a dedicated implementation period. Smaller solo practices should consider whether they have enough bandwidth to manage the setup process.

“Keeps client charts very organized”
Pros
My favorite part of the EHR is how organized it keeps everything when we are filing documents into our clients charts.
Cons
One of the biggest challenge for me with the EHR is that it can slow down when there are a lot of documents to link together.

“excellent system that fits our needs”
Pros
EHR Your Way is an excellent system that fits our needs perfectly especially when we have to tailor forms or make updates to keep pace with changes in our field.
Cons
Every now and then especially during the busier hours like 4 to 6 PM Pacific, the system can feel a little slow. That might be because of our own internet or maybe just more users wrapping up their work for the day.

“Valuable security and fast processing”
Pros
The security for my data and the helpful customer support are two things I really value. Plus entering and processing my information is always fast and easy.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that the login requirements or codes seem to change pretty often. Another thing is that my entered information does not save automatically. So I have to hit Save myself. And if the power goes out or flickers I lose anything I had not saved yet.

“simple to use with great auto-population”
Pros
How simple it is to use stands out the most as I can find anything I need without hassle. The best feature is definitely the auto-population. Plus having intake details flow straight into assessments and progress notes makes writing them incredibly quick and saves me loads of time.
Cons
I do not have any real issues though it would be a nice addition if the website included a secure option for doing telehealth video calls.

“great pricing and quick support”
Pros
The pricing works well for nonprofits, we can customize reports to suit our specific requirements and the support team is always quick to respond.
Cons
Getting problems resolved directly through the system can be a little inconsistent and sometimes the program is not as user-friendly as I'd prefer. Still I have noticed these parts have gotten a lot better over the last couple of years.

“outstanding customization and consistent support”
Pros
Working with this EHR has been a positive experience. The level of customization is also great and the support team is consistently helpful. As they quickly solve problems and answer questions. We have been able to adapt the system perfectly for our agency making our paperwork flow smoothly and getting it integrated was fairly easy.
Cons
Occasionally the language difference between our staff and the EHR support team makes things tricky. We have had to manage by sometimes talking to a few different support reps to make sure our needs are fully understood.

“awesome support for patient records”
Pros
Our team has relied on this system for years. The customer support is outstanding and it works really well for creating peer support notes and maintaining patient records.
Cons
It does take a bit to learn but once you are comfortable with it, the system is perfectly fine. So I'd still strongly recommend it as you won't be disappointed!

“great value, easy to operate”
Pros
You get great value for the price. Also it is easy to operate and we rarely run into glitches or problems. The patient portal kept improving over time and the management side of things was simple to handle.
Cons
We sometimes found it less simple to use than expected and handling documents could be tricky too. And here were moments we had trouble figuring out how to upload or access files properly.

“Amazing ways to customize notes”
Pros
All the simple and easy ways to customize notes are super amazing such as dropdown menus, checkboxes with options and similar features make it simple.
Cons
Sometimes I get logged out unexpectedly though that might be my wifi cutting out and not necessarily a problem with the EHR itself.

“impressive collaboration for customizable forms”
Pros
I am really impressed that EHR Your Way collaborated with our company to import the various weekly questionnaires we use with clients. The customizable options are also a big help.
Cons
