“outdated and misaligned system”
Pros
The team was really dedicated to setting up a system that fit our counseling center which has around 20 clinicians. They were pleasant and easy to work with personally though I sometimes found them hard to understand due to my difficulty with accents. When we decided to part ways, they were fair and refunded half of our initial investment.
Cons
They introduced themselves as a family-run organization, But in our very first meeting, the work was completely outsourced to a team in India. The lead person had some understanding of our company and what we were trying to build. They were good about adding people to try and meet our needs. Still it felt like going to a place called Used Cars Your Way, asking for a little convertible and they wheel out a 1980s ambulance saying, We just need to chop the top off. In my view, their system feels very outdated and they were putting in a huge effort to try and make it fit what we wanted. I like the effort but you cannot really build something custom from the ground up that way.

Pros
It's simple to operate and allows several providers to easily collaborate on treatment plans.
Cons
If a client is discharged and then returns, the EHR calculates due dates for their paperwork based on the original admission date instead of the new one.

“Easy scheduling with quick charting”
Pros
Scheduling clients and making changes is really easy. Plus the layout makes sense and charting or adding codes just takes a quick click!
Cons
I am aware there are plenty of features I have not used yet but I keep picking them up as I go along.

I really value being able to send several forms to clients at once and upload multiple documents in a single step

The billing side of things was pretty confusing and complex.

Pros
EHR Your Way provides strong scheduling features, flexible progress note options and solid billing tools that cut down on admin work and save time. The platform is also user friendly which makes training new users relatively stress free.
Cons
Every now and then, glitches or slower system performance can interrupt different tasks. The price might also be too high for solo providers or anyone on a tight budget.

“Love merging pdfs without a separate tool”
Pros
I really like that you can combine or split PDFs right in the platform without having to use and pay for a separate website.
Cons
Sometimes calendar blocks can disappear though it does not happen often. It would also be great if the EHR could let you view more charts at once!

Pros
Logging in feels really simple as my schedule is always at the front and center and the menus make it clear where to go next.
Cons
Every so often, the dropdown that's supposed to fill in automatically just... doesn't. Also it does not even let me type the information in manually.

What stands out to me is how easy and simple the platform is to operate.
Cons
With other EHR systems I have used, you could open a client's chart in several tabs to view different sections at once. I personally prefer that way of working.

It is easy to work with and it functions exactly how we asked for it to. This program was clearly built with the user in mind.
Cons
There are hardly any problems with the EHR itself. Sometimes the language difference with tech support can create a small hurdle but it typically gets sorted out quickly.

Pros
The best part of this system for me is how easily I can find all the necessary information about a patient. Everything is right there..labs, radiology reports, medical professionals' notes, immunizations, referrals and more. I love how simple and flexbile it is to go through the system.
Cons
There are so many features to remember, it can be a bit overwhelming.

Pros
We receive almost a hundred faxes per day, and I honestly don't know what we'd do without them automatically going into the EHR. The support team is incredibly knowledgeable and resolves any issues in no time. I highly recommend EHR YOUR WAY. It has a great design and excellent service.

I didn't have any problems so far with the software.
