It is a powerful and well designed tool. Also it is easy to use, GUI is awesome and its logical layout make it the best.

“Easy to use even for the newbies”

I like the software. Also it is easy to use and teaching it to new employees is also a hassle free task. I also like that there aren't many screens, which makes it simple to find what you're looking for.

Cons

One thing I don't like is that to get a solution to any of your questions or problems you have to wait 1 to 2 weeks.

“Elation has many great features”

To be honest, I love Elation Health. Its far easier to locate objects in a digital chart than it is on a paper chart. Plus the templates are also simple to make with this software.

We mainly use the patient form templates for new patient paperwork, which has helped us save time by reducing data entry.

To be honest our experience with Elation is quite positive till this date. Whenever we face any sort of issues customer support is always available for our assistance. They respond quickly and make sure they resolve the issue without causing any sort of delay. But lets be honest, we haven't feel a need to contact them because everything is working well for us.

My favourite features of Elation Health are e-prescribing and the activity dashboard.

There is no reasonable package available for mid-level prescribing practitioners, and they must pay for billing software in addition to the base charge.

Pros

Elation software is very user friendly and does not require a lot of training in order to learn it. And yes we are quite pleased with our decision of choosing Elation.

For now, I have no dislikes to mention, and I hope it stays the same!

Pros

Managing medication prescriptions, including scheduled ones, is easily up-to-date. The new telemedicine feature is user-friendly, offering great video quality. Any software issues are promptly resolved.

At the moment, I can't recall any issues with this software.

The layout is pretty simple and easy to navigate through.

There is no method to communicate with them other than via email about concerns, which is incredibly inconvenient, and they have only responded to me once out of ten times within their given period to resolve a problem.

E-prescribing and the activity dashboard stand out as my favorite features. They are intuitive and require minimal training to master.

The medication interactions in e-prescribing are overly restrictive, even on the setting for major interactions only. Importing records from our old program into Elation was unsatisfactory, necessitating manual import for each patient.

“Elation EHR - The premier EHR for direct primary care practices”

Pros

Elation integrates well with Hint Health, Spruce, MDScripts and Quest Labs. The system is intuitive, with e-prescribing being the standout and most used feature. Charting is logical, resembling paper charts. The patient summary panel is beneficial, and the patient engagement software for relaying lab results is intuitive.

Cons

The patient engagement feature (Passport) is decent but needs to catch up with the rest of the software.

“Do not buy it”

Creating office visit notes was pretty easy and that's the only pro I can think of.

Cons

The marketing department excels at promising everything, but in reality, only about half is true. Getting responses to questions or issues can take 1 to 2 weeks, even with the "emergency" option selected.

Easy to use and to train others. The system is self-explanatory.

I do not require certain features for Direct Primary Care also I am encountering issues with creating templates.

Navigation is super easy, with detailed customization and organization.

The Physical Exam section requires enhancement, although patient demographics are showing improvement.

I find very few drawbacks with it. It functions exceptionally well for adult primary care.

Implementing this software was easy, with features and functionality that were relatively intuitive. The team quickly grasped how to use it, enabling swift deployment.

The lack of data analytics makes tracking trends impossible. Additionally, the absence of billing functionality limits its all-in-one capabilities. Reporting lacks depth, and integration with other products is limited, posing challenges in our processes.

Overall, its easy to learn and teach new staff. Most staff members can be up and running with minimal training. The system's simplicity in navigation surpasses that of paper charts. Creating templates is a hassle free task which aids in minimizing data entry.

Cons

As a surgeon, part of my schedule involves hospital procedures. Unfortunately, there is no way to create surgery slots without triggering appointment reminders to patients. This forces me to input it as a "meeting," which does not link to the patient account. I've requested a fix for 2.5 years, but it seems to be low on the list for upgrades.
