Once you get a hang of it, it actually saves you time since there are pre-made templates for almost every document you may need.
Cons
Switching to this from our old EMR was a problem at the start. It handled chart viewers and note creations very differently.

“Don’t regret investing in it
Pros
I don’t know about other EMR solutions but the one by eMedRec can magically transform your manually filled forms to a digital format set by you. It really saves time as I prefer jotting down the notes when Im dealing with the patients but don’t have to later re-fill all that in to the software by myself.
Cons
It has a voice recognition feature. I did not find that to be really reliable.

We were looking for a cloud-based EMR solution since our work is mostly outdoors and eMedRec solved that problem. It never slowed down on us or failed to update and load something.
Cons

Part of my job is to train new employees on how to use the software. And it is nothing but simple to do so.
Cons
