It is simple for my staff to use, which significantly enhances the quality of patient care. With an interactive interface, they are able to quickly access the information they need, allowing them to respond to patient needs more efficiently.
Cons
The implementation process took a long time to get started. It required a lot of planning and coordination before we could even begin.

“Visually appealing”
Pros
Navigating EpicCare is incredibly easy for me, thanks to its visually appealing and user-friendly design. The clear layout not only makes it simple to use but also enhances my efficiency.
Cons
I'm not particularly fond of the absence of a comprehensive user guide that showcases all the features of EpicCare. Although I'm aware of its many tools and resources, especially those that are beneficial in my role as a Research Coordinator, discovering and optimizing their use without proper guidance has been challenging.

“generates reports with just a few clicks”
Pros
I really like how many different reports and datasets I can pull with just a couple of clicks. This shows how easy it is to use. And whenever I need to check who was called in and how often for quarterly reports tied to patient flow, Qgenda gives me that concise information quickly with only a few clicks.
Cons
Occasionally the Rules the system applies end up skewing the final tallies but I can usually fix it by excluding them from my data pull. It would be great to have a specific report I can generate that follows the exact rules I want to override.

“I rely on epic for daily communication!”
Pros
As a medical clinic, we rely on Epic every day to handle patients' protected health information and to keep our clinical teams communicating smoothly. The coupling with Reputation has been a real time-saver for me! Previously, I had to download a file from Epic manually and then upload it into our reputation management tool. That meant I couldn't consistently collect survey responses or online reviews because it wasn't done daily. Today, that entire sequence is automated through the Reputation-Epic integration, so I no longer have to monitor it or even remember to do it. Each morning I can pull up the dashboard and see the results. That steady flow of patient feedback has been invaluable to us and has noticeably boosted our online reviews. It has made my workload much lighter.
Cons
I honestly do not have any complaints as it is clean, simple and easy to use. When I look at it as a whole though, frequent upgrades can disrupt how our clinic operates and that causes frustration among staff. The way those updates are communicated doesn't always reflect how we actually use the system which would help if it took our workflows into account.
