“Tons of reliably guided tabs

Pros

There are a ton of tabs but they reliably guide me to the screens I need and let me jump back and forth fast. I can usually locate the details I am looking for, like orders, infusions and other records.

Cons

There aren't many things that bother me, though from time to time I struggle to locate certain data such as immunization records but by digging through the various tabs I can typically track them down.

EpicCare EMR has a clean interface with well-designed menus. You can access the complete medical history of your patients with just one click. There are no major glitches or bugs that we came across.

My only gripe with Epic is the lengthy login process which can consume up to 10 minutes at my workplace. However once logged in it operates smoothly and swiftly.

People who already struggle with technology find it super difficult to use and it usually takes more time than expected to load things or requires many clicks to open any required file.

It is indeed a simple platform with an abundance of customization options and features. The schedule can be organized according to the demographics which makes the workflow speedy. You can create charts in different formats.

What I like is that it cuts down on clicks as you usually don't have to press a save button anywhere. occasionally you'll have to click accept but only for specific categories. Overall, I find it pretty user-friendly.

I find some aspects a bit clunky. there are extra steps that don't seem necessary. It also occasionally alters things without my knowledge.
