This software is richly featured. Ive appreciated the ability to create very sophisticated custom online intake forms. There are a lot of videos on how-to document and customer support is timely.

I dont think I faced any issues.

We chose this software because of the new medication and reporting features. Incorporation of specialist features gives it an edge. The team collaborates well to customize dashboards and design templates according to our clinical need. All I can say its a must have.

My most favorite thing about this software is that we can share data with anyone and we can find all the patients records in one place

There can be problems with accessibility sometimes but other than that, no cons that I can think of.
