Pros

I like that it is interfaced with the Practice Management program which makes the job more organized. Overall the experience is a good one and would recommend the product. Impressive work.

Cons

it has a few glitches here and there and we have to call for assistance in getting them corrected.

I am pleased with it.

Pros

It has a great intuitive style that other systems just do not seem to have in the market. I have spent weeks interviewing new systems and then having demonstration after demonstration. this softwares flow really stands above the rest of them.

Cons

The one thing I would like to see improved would be the correction errors.

Very comprehensive guide

Pros

It has so many options for us! It is very easy to navigate and has a great user interface. I like that you can search within each module and that there are a number of guides available for the HELP section that are comprehensive as well.

Approachable and user-friendly interface!

Pros

It has a very approachable design with fairly clean and simple interface. It effectively handles all our clinical needs and manages patients activity. Being a cloud based software, we can access all the database from any remote location.

Cons

Their customer services is accessible only through phone or e-mail. I dont know if its a problem. It works fine for me.

Yes, it is easy to navigate and yes, it did help in improving our clinical efficiency but it has a lot of flaws.

Cons

It lags a lot and crashes sometimes too. Issues can take days to fix.
