Breaking Up Is Hard To Do

Pros

The software is quite intuitive and comes with a wide range of features.

Cons

The standard reporting is very limited. To address this, Greenway offers an additional software called Practice Analytics, which includes more pre-built reports and the ability to create custom reports. However, this comes at an extra cost beyond Intergy and the database only updates once daily overnight.

You will be dissatisfied with Intergy

Pros

I used to be satisfied with their customer support, but I'm now very frustrated due to recent changes they have made. After 26 years with this practice, sticking with them through various transitions, these changes have severely undermined their company. It feels like every time they assemble a solid support team, those people end up getting fired. I can't emphasize enough how much their customer service has deteriorated recently.

Cons

I haven't had many issues with the software itself but the customer support and service have been severely compromised over the past six months.

Great Scheduling Software

Pros

I use Intergy daily and have had no issues with it during the six-plus months I've been using it. Everything is easy to navigate and there are no delays whatsoever. The color scheme is also quite easy on the eyes.

Cons

I haven't faced any issues with this software so far.

Greenway Intergy for Medical Practices

Pros

The system is user-friendly and the support from the Greenway staff is excellent. Intergy covers all our medical practice needs, from patient medical records to finances, billing and management reports. The system templates can be adjusted to meet AAP guidelines and insurance HEDIS measures. We are very satisfied with the Greenway Intergy software.

Cons

We have had trouble merging charts. If a patient is entered into the system twice, its challenging to combine the two charts into one.

User Friendly and Full of Features

Pros

Intergy is very user-friendly. It is simple to navigate and find patient information, as all patient-related activity remains within their Intergy account. There is no need to go to different parts of the software to gather information. Scheduling and patient management are simple and flow smoothly. Patient demographics are easy to access, with all key information available on a single screen. Intergy has a good selection of basic reports built in and for more advanced, detailed reports, we use their Practice Analytics system, though the reports within Intergy are sufficient for most practice needs. The ability to create and print custom letters is a fantastic feature. Posting charges and payments is simple, and the financial activity section is one of the best I've seen compared to other systems. Tracking activity is clear and all transactions related to a charge are easy to follow. The system also allows charges to be voided, and financial activities, such as payment takebacks or contractual adjustments can be easily reversed when necessary.

Cons

We have faced some setup issues with our large multi-specialty practice that has multiple sites and providers. We need the capability to have multiple cost centers for a provider but would need to buy an additional provider user/license for this, which creates other problems. It would be helpful to have an option for fee schedule maintenance that pulls allowable amounts based on POS.

Pros

Their support staff is predominant to any client support I have ever experienced. They are prepared well and in the event that they do not know the reply, they get you specifically to somebody who does.

Cons

It can be a little troublesome to learn within the starting but once you get the essentials of the system youre fine.

Intergy is okay but not great

Pros

I like how the patient information screen is organized as well as the setup for entering insurance details.

Cons

The ERA is very hard to read. It would be better if the layout resembled an insurance EOB. Posting exceptions is very time-consuming and not very user-friendly. The download procedure for ERAs is confusing; we should be able to select what we download and when. We should also be able to retrieve a PDF of a deleted payment if needed, but the system does not allow that. I find Intergy cumbersome with many repetitive steps and very unforgiving. For example, if a patient refund check needs to be voided or is lost, there's no way to delete or void the refund and reissue it or put the money back into the account. The only workaround is to enter a dummy payment and issue a new refund.

Intergy Review

Pros

When used properly, this product can be very powerful. It offers a wide range of capabilities, such as importing and exporting data and providing a professional appearance in notes. It can also be customized for individual users. This product can definitely help you go paperless if that's your objective.

Cons

Searching for ICD-10 codes can be somewhat complex.

Not worth the money

Pros

There's nothing about this system that I find appealing.

Cons

Everything! Customer service, poor communication, feeling undervalued, frequent system outages it's all been a problem. I was promised it would be better than EHS, but its not! Even though EHS was outdated, it at least had e-signature capabilities.

Great perspective

Pros

The templates make it very easy to hit all the areas in a diagnosis. The billing systems lets us manage insurance claims too.

Cons

Pros

The simplicity of scheduling and modifying schedule templates is a key advantage.

Cons

Initially, setting up the template for our providers was challenging, as it is with any new software. We struggled with the EDI setup, but Greenway always worked with us to resolve any issues.

We keep losing data

Pros

Once you have created a template it is very easy to use.

Cons

Customer service is not up to the mark and has a long waiting time. The software crashes and we lose any unsaved data which causes us a lot of pain.

Pros

The detailing and billing feature is its only good quality. Begun with GRS in Feb 2018. Responsive and proficient. In my opinion, in case I dont work with my GRS group, I would take off GreenWay.

Cons

Benefit and reaction time issues. We still have open tickets from December within the center of February.

Gets the work done, but not beyond any doubt for how much longer.

Pros

The program itself is nice looking with effectively usable menus and modules. It makes a good-looking note and youll be able to make it as intensive as you like with the capacity to form and alter layouts. You have got the capacity to run a ton of distinctive reports for any information you need to analyze.

Cons

Inevitably itll not be backed as Greenway is reaching to center on Intergy. A few of the things that make the computer program so utilitarian can be time-devouring to set up or alter. Likely my greatest fuss is that there are no layouts for making unused clients, a parcel should be done from scratch for each one.

Repeated Loss of Data

Pros

It is easy to use and templates are easy to develop. Once the templates are made, it is easy to use

Cons

There are a lot of problems associated with the software. The customer service is poor and there is frequent loss of data. The system malfunctions almost every month, a lot of my data is gone.

Intergy Review

Pros

The softwares customization is intuitive when updates are required. The favorites feature for providers diagnoses is useful, guiding them to choose the correct ICD-10 codes. Customizing the back end is also easy to manage. The GUI displays most of the necessary information at a glance.

Cons

It's disappointing that reports cannot be easily exported to an Excel spreadsheet, which is why I rated it an 8.
