There is no such thing as a perfect EHR/EMR system

I have been using Greenway Intergy for about four years, having previously used another Greenway EHR system for a few years before switching to Intergy. The support team is generally knowledgeable about issues, and if they can't resolve a problem, they escalate it to a higher-level team. Over the past three to four years, Greenway has significantly improved their efforts to enhance the product. They created a program that allowed end users to contribute to feature enhancements within the system. We had the chance to provide feedback on what we liked, disliked, and how we thought the system could improve. This program was exceptionally well-planned and actively met several times a month for about two years. Its probably the best thing Greenway has done. Although forms are a part of the charting process, I am personally not a fan of most of the provided forms. However, the great thing about Intergy is that you can create your own forms to meet your practices specific needs. They also offer a wide variety of forms that would likely meet the needs of other practices. Intergy comes with many features.

Cons

Our implementation was one of the worst experiences we've had. We were using a Greenway EHR system called Success EHS, which Greenway discontinued, so we were forced to switch to Intergy. On Go-Live day, things were so problematic that we had to rely on paper chart notes for about two weeks. Its likely that any practice using Intergy will need a "super user" because some workflows are challenging for the average user. You will need to create your own training plan for new employees since most of the available training videos are outdated. The billing process also requires a major overhaul.

Solid, no-nonsense, EHR; not perfect, though

When I finally signed up to Intergy (after having rejected the subscription a couple of months ago – based on software advice I received to look elsewhere, and the more reviews I read on the product) – I was told that I’d be in for an ‘improved physician practice product’. And I’m happy to say the vendor has delivered! For me, the winning perk of the plan is that it automates tasks smoothly, so I can focus narrowly on attending to our clients.

Cons

Some of the tutorial website page and site functions need a revamp; they’re quite hard to make sense of if you are new to the EHR game.

The customer support is super responsive.

Pros

In an industry where it is rare to find good customer assistance and service, Greenway Health Intergy excels in this. Their customer representatives are always eager to work with us and find solutions to accomplish our objectives and manage our workflows smoothly without any disruption. Being a manager where I have to guide my team about the software and how it works, having such responsive customer service feels like a blessing. Otherwise, it might have been a slow and a little challenging task to sort out the queries on my own.

Cons

Although the customer support team was there to help solve the queries, the need to contact them wouldn’t have arisen if the user interface was easy and friendly. I found it challenging to perform the functionalities offered by the application and the interface was not an intuitive one. Having experience using other applications for the same purpose, I believe that Greenway Intergy lacks a bit in this aspect and needs to update the application in the upcoming versions. I hope that the software developers are already working on this and will solve the issue in their next update.

Well Equipped System

Pros

We sat through many demos of different EMR vendors before selecting Greenway Health. The software is easy to navigate and is a great fit for the providers and my biller. Their PM side has been super effective and easier to understand. Their support staff has been very helpful and the implementation process took little time either. One other thing that I like the most is that, unlike other EMR vendors, Greenway’s upgrades are so smooth that it doesn’t affect our daily tasks. Impressive work.

Cons

Just a couple but nothing that their capable customer support staff could not handle. An overall good software.

BEST!!

Pros

It is easy to learn and use. You’d be a pro at it in no time at all. Navigating through the system is easy and the help section actually answers any questions that you might have. The customer community is great, and you can learn by participating as well. It makes life a lot better and easier with Greenway Health Intergy EHR Software.

Cons

It would be nice if there was a way to see all the providers on the screen at once and the entire day schedule as well. They should add this functionality as well.

Impressive Customer Support

Pros

Their customer service is excellent and is always there to assist us. I like how easy it has become for me to generate reports especially since it contains all the required codes for our specialty.

Cons

The billing side of the system needs improvement in terms of user-friendliness and user experience. Also, if they work on the general mechanics of the system such as the size of some screens etc. Other than that, it works for my practice.

Using for EHR to Charge submission

Pros

The interface for billers is user-friendly which makes it easy to set up a new practice.

Cons

Occasionally, I encounter minor issues when pulling practice reports but everything else works fine.

A lot to like here, just needs one thing to be fixed

Pros

Our staff found it very easy to learn thank to the training videos. On point integration with the outside programs and the fullest possible use of every feature is what made us fall in love with this solution.

Cons

Only thing we can complain about is the reporting system. Needs to be made a bit more flexible and allow us to run excel reports.

Excellent for billing

Pros

One of the best billing software in the industry! It integrates well with the EHR and the data analytics tool can pull data from PM and HER simultaneously.

Cons

It is an expensive product. Especially when you add on the EHR.
