It has great features and contains everything any practice needs. Billing is feasible, sheets are perfect and the information is organized in a proper manner. Its just beyond the expectations and yes customer support is always on time.
Cons
The customization feature is a little daunting.

Pros
Greenway is a product that is very detailed and comprehensive. They have almost everything and keep on creating, innovating things that could help us do our job with a lot of ease. They continuously keep on improving and give their best. They’ve got a patient portal, customer community, appointment reminder messages, clinical quality measures, flowsheets, medical records, easy coding and billing, lots of reporting options and programs for receiving faxes etc. They also have a chat feature. Because of them our patient care has improved.
Cons
There are a few add on features that are expensive, and the messaging feature isn’t working that great and we’ve faced some issues with it, but the good thing is that Greenway team is working hard to fix the problem that we are facing.

They are very innovative, they are always looking at how to make things better and for the future. Their products offer great features and functionalities. They keep on competing and aim to be better than the rest. They offer to customize things according to your requirements. The quality of their product is amazing, and even when they upgrade, it still remains amazing. Their customer support is great too.
Cons
There are a few issues that were previously made, but now they have a new regime, they keep working to clear out the old mess made.
