When I finally signed up to Intergy (after having rejected the subscription a couple of months ago – based on software advice I received to look elsewhere, and the more reviews I read on the product) – I was told that I’d be in for an ‘improved physician practice product’. And I’m happy to say the vendor has delivered! For me, the winning perk of the plan is that it automates tasks smoothly, so I can focus narrowly on attending to our clients.
Cons
Some of the tutorial website page and site functions need a revamp; they’re quite hard to make sense of if youre new to the EHR game.

Pros
In an industry where it is rare to find good customer assistance and service, Greenway Health Intergy excels in this. Their customer representatives are always eager to work with us and find solutions to accomplish our objectives and manage our workflows smoothly without any disruption. Being a manager where I have to guide my team about the software and how it works, having such responsive customer service feels like a blessing. Otherwise, it might have been a slow and a little challenging task to sort out the queries on my own.
Cons
Although the customer support team was there to help solve the queries, the need to contact them wouldn’t have arisen if the user interface was easy and friendly. I found it challenging to perform the functionalities offered by the application and the interface was not an intuitive one. Having experience using other applications for the same purpose, I believe that Greenway Intergy lacks a bit in this aspect and needs to update the application in the upcoming versions. I hope that the software developers are already working on this and will solve the issue in their next update.

We sat through many demos of different EMR vendors before selecting Greenway Health. The software is easy to navigate and is a great fit for the providers and my biller. Their PM side has been super effective and easier to understand. Their support staff has been very helpful and the implementation process took little time either. One other thing that I like the most is that, unlike other EMR vendors, Greenway’s upgrades are so smooth that it doesn’t affect our daily tasks. Impressive work.
Cons
Just a couple but nothing that their capable customer support staff could not handle. An overall good software.

It is easy to learn and use. You’d be a pro at it in no time at all. Navigating through the system is easy and the help section actually answers any questions that you might have. The customer community is great, and you can learn by participating as well. It makes life a lot better and easier with Greenway Health Intergy EHR Software.
Cons
It would be nice if there was a way to see all the providers on the screen at once and the entire day schedule as well. They should add this functionality as well.

Their customer service is excellent and is always there to assist us. I like how easy it has become for me to generate reports especially since it contains all the required codes for our specialty.
Cons
The billing side of the system needs improvement in terms of user-friendliness and user experience. Also, if they work on the general mechanics of the system such as the size of some screens etc. Other than that, it works for my practice.

Our staff found it very easy to learn thank to the training videos. On point integration with the outside programs and the fullest possible use of every feature is what made us fall in love with this solution.
Cons
Only thing we can complain about is the reporting system. Needs to be made a bit more flexible and allow us to run excel reports.

The syntax version of the Greenway Health Intergy EHR software was pretty customized itself, however, we had the implementation team tweak it a bit more so that it is completely tailored. It easily handles the needs of our practice given the fact that it is built to cater to medium-size practices such as ours. I am genuinely happy with the customer support of Greenway EMR.
Cons
Even though the coding of the software is intelligent, however, I would like for the basic navigation to be as smart and progressive as well.

I have worked at more than five practices with the Intergy and enjoyed every bit of it. The EHR/PM combo remains my favorite and the most usable tool a Practice Management needs.
Cons
What should be simple is made a bit complex here. Its not possible to bypass learning Practice analytics and just dump the data straight to Excel. Still, I would say intergy is worth the inconvenience.

I have been in and out of PM systems for over 25 years and almost all of them are great. What makes this stand out is the excellent Chat help. I can call in anytime for assistance and have never been disappointed!
Cons
One major complaint I have is the inability to change/adjust the font size. Its a problem for us old folks and I hope they fix this.

The detailing and billing feature is its only good quality. Begun with GRS in Feb 2018. Responsive and proficient. In my opinion, in case I dont work with my GRS group, I would take off GreenWay.

Each aspect of the software is well written by the developers. A very detail-oriented, fully customized solution is what we have found Greenway EMR to be. Be it reports or templates; all are completely customizable according to our practice needs. I have had an excellent experience with their customer support staff.

Great experience for someone like me who was not present during the training and the implementation process. Software is simple but not basic like the others I have used. It is an advanced EMR system. Greenway Health has done a good job of hiring the right kind of staff for their customer support team. The system is completely customized for our practice and if I ever face a problem with a certain task, customer support quickly resolves my problem.

It is an intuitive, efficient and smooth EMR. The software has all the features needed to run a practice. It can be tailored to the needs of the practice which we have the implementation team do before going live. Customer service staff is helpful where we get stuck.
Cons
I would like Greenway to make their EMR more user-friendly, especially for first time EMR users with no background in IT. If they could upgrade the software seamlessly on all the devices that would be a big help.

What impressed me the most is their customer service. We have been with Greenway for more than a decade and I can’t remember a time when feedbacks were delayed. It is a progressive EMR which incorporates all the needs of our practice. Updates are seamless and customization options are endless.

Their updates are overwhelming at times, but then again, we are working on our end to keep up with those.

Ease of use is the most important aspect for me in an EMR system and I have found that in Greenway. We hardly ever have software related issues and if we sometimes need help with the templates or the navigation part, their customer service is always there to help us.
Cons
No cons per se, although I just wish I have the time to attend their annual conference. I have heard from fellow Greenway users that it is very helpful.

The system is pretty much easy to use, and it is easier to train employees as well. It covers almost all our needs. The collection GRS process is quite outstanding, and the best part is its collection team. We haven’t actually gone fully in, as we keep a basic running practice.

We use Primesuite in our office and it does everything that we require it to do. We started with local servers and now have shifted to the cloud-based version of the product. We simply love it. Due to the cloud-based version we are now able to access and open multiple locations easily. We also integrated this system with patient reminders and a collection service. It feels great and does everything.
Cons
The cost. It is a little expensive I’d say and if anyone who is able to justify it. then I would definitely recommend this product to them.

We have clean claims due to the ability of producing templates that ensures proper documentation during care and the upfront planning and project execution of both the Practice Management and Clinical has afforded us the opportunity to run an AR. It is a tremendous advantage to our physicians who have become efficient with the use of templates to see more patients and later treat a larger portion of the community.
Cons
The reporting and analytics of the software could be upgraded in that the recorded reports are essential but the need to modify is difficult to direct in PrimeSuite. The need to establish standards and other measurable statistics is increasingly required to manage our practice, therefore a dynamic reporting and analytics suite is a premium.

Primesuite is a great product and is great for our specialty type. Works best for us. There are other Greenway products as well, but they aren’t that nice, we looked at many other. This is the one that is easy to use and is user-friendly as well. It is specific to our specialty. The face sheet is easy to read and can be customized accordingly to fit the employee needs whether it be an office staff, physician or any other.
Cons
The reports aren’t that great and needs a lot of improvement to make it work better. The program cannot fill the screen either which really bugs me out.

This system is great and if it wasn’t for its team that I hired I would have still been looking for other EMR systems for sure. There was no superuser so the greatest challenge for me was to learn this system completely on my own. I am glad that the team that I got were well-trained and excellent communicators, they are the best. It is easy to navigate through the system. There is ease of access and ease of following patients. When connecting with external providers it has been better than many other systems.
Cons
The customer support team doesn’t always have a solution your problem and when they don’t you yourself wouldn’t know what to do. It is quite a challenge to create the reports, as it has so many options to select from and it is hard to put down things that are needed in some areas of the reports. Customizing is one heck of a job as it takes a lot of time.

My overall experience with this system has been positive, I don’t think that I would have anything bad to say about it. This system is consumer friendly. They make things work for you in every possible way. It is easy to use. They always listen carefully to our problems and what we are looking for, they would always get things for you that are needed whether they have it or not. The customer support team is great, friendly, helpful and very pleasant at all times. Really enjoy this system.

Talking about the product, it is great. It does quite a lot. I basically like the functionality of the PrimeSuite the most. The system is quite user-friendly, and the interface is responsive and appealing.
Cons
I believe that they need to improve the coding within this system, it could be much better if improved. They kind of disappointed me due to the inability of the system to report on all the things we tracked and also MIPS measures of this year.

I cannot wait to switch. The user interface is not quite the same as any other software which makes things a bit hard, and makes the user experience a bit trash. It takes a lot of clicking. The right-click functionality does not even exist. The window doesn’t expand to a whole window, and this issue hasn’t been resolved for years.

I was in a team tasked to review and select the EHR system for our office. In all the effective comparisons I made between the best E.H.R software out there, we found Prime Suite to be the most practical in every way. A good value for money compared to other software and it stands far out as the best software in the game.
Cons
Bug fixes need proper attention, which gets troublesome in the most peak hours of patients. Seldom we have required professional IT help for the software, but nothing bad could be said for such a software, which does provide relief otherwise.

This system is wonderful and does everything that you’ll need it to do. The product itself is very easy to use. The customer support team of this product is remarkable. The product is quite versatile and mainly in the ever-changing technology world it is always up to date with the medical industry.
Cons
Not such a major issue, it’s really minor, but it is needed to be stated. There is this one con I have and that is not being able to attend the Engage session held annually.

The customer support team of this product is wonderful, like they’re doing an exceptional job. The system itself is quite great and it has made doing tasks a lot easier. The reporting tool is great and easy. You can easily report by CPT codes, patients, charges etc. It is a great tool for any practice.
Cons
It is quite frustrating when some of the screens do not expand to full screen, like I want to zoom a bit or see a full window but that is not possible with every window, only a few windows expand not all. The financial intelligence module is also not that friendly to use.

It has been a long time since we started using Greenway. We literally interviewed many different vendors before getting Greenway. We got Greenway back in 2012 and we’re still happy to use it. It is a wonderful practice management and electronic health record system. This system flows in a very smooth and efficient manner. The customer support team is pleasant. The software and hardware support are great, and the upgrades are seamless.
Cons
There were a few things that didn’t work accordingly, but that was soon resolved when discussed with the Greenway customer support team. They always provided a fix or a workaround to a problem.

When I finally signed up to Intergy (after having rejected the subscription a couple of months ago – based on software advice I received to look elsewhere, and the more reviews I read on the product) – I was told that I’d be in for an ‘improved physician practice product’. And I’m happy to say the vendor has delivered! For me, the winning perk of the plan is that it automates tasks smoothly, so I can focus narrowly on attending to our clients.
Cons
Some of the tutorial website page and site functions need a revamp; they’re quite hard to make sense of if youre new to the EHR game.

Pros
In an industry where it is rare to find good customer assistance and service, Greenway Health Intergy excels in this. Their customer representatives are always eager to work with us and find solutions to accomplish our objectives and manage our workflows smoothly without any disruption. Being a manager where I have to guide my team about the software and how it works, having such responsive customer service feels like a blessing. Otherwise, it might have been a slow and a little challenging task to sort out the queries on my own.
Cons
Although the customer support team was there to help solve the queries, the need to contact them wouldn’t have arisen if the user interface was easy and friendly. I found it challenging to perform the functionalities offered by the application and the interface was not an intuitive one. Having experience using other applications for the same purpose, I believe that Greenway Intergy lacks a bit in this aspect and needs to update the application in the upcoming versions. I hope that the software developers are already working on this and will solve the issue in their next update.

We sat through many demos of different EMR vendors before selecting Greenway Health. The software is easy to navigate and is a great fit for the providers and my biller. Their PM side has been super effective and easier to understand. Their support staff has been very helpful and the implementation process took little time either. One other thing that I like the most is that, unlike other EMR vendors, Greenway’s upgrades are so smooth that it doesn’t affect our daily tasks. Impressive work.
Cons
Just a couple but nothing that their capable customer support staff could not handle. An overall good software.

It is easy to learn and use. You’d be a pro at it in no time at all. Navigating through the system is easy and the help section actually answers any questions that you might have. The customer community is great, and you can learn by participating as well. It makes life a lot better and easier with Greenway Health Intergy EHR Software.

It would be nice if there was a way to see all the providers on the screen at once and the entire day schedule as well. They should add this functionality as well.

Cons
The billing side of the system needs improvement in terms of user-friendliness and user experience. Also, if they work on the general mechanics of the system such as the size of some screens etc. Other than that, it works for my practice.

Our staff found it very easy to learn thank to the training videos. On point integration with the outside programs and the fullest possible use of every feature is what made us fall in love with this solution.
Cons
Only thing we can complain about is the reporting system. Needs to be made a bit more flexible and allow us to run excel reports.

The syntax version of the Greenway Health Intergy EHR software was pretty customized itself, however, we had the implementation team tweak it a bit more so that it is completely tailored. It easily handles the needs of our practice given the fact that it is built to cater to medium-size practices such as ours. I am genuinely happy with the customer support of Greenway EMR.

Even though the coding of the software is intelligent, however, I would like for the basic navigation to be as smart and progressive as well.

Cons
What should be simple is made a bit complex here. Its not possible to bypass learning Practice analytics and just dump the data straight to Excel. Still, I would say intergy is worth the inconvenience.

Ease of use is the most important aspect for me in an EMR system and I have found that in Greenway. We hardly ever have software related issues and if we sometimes need help with the templates or the navigation part, their customer service is always there to help us.

We use Primesuite in our office and it does everything that we require it to do. We started with local servers and now have shifted to the cloud-based version of the product. We simply love it. Due to the cloud-based version we are now able to access and open multiple locations easily. We also integrated this system with patient reminders and a collection service. It feels great and does everything.
Cons
The cost. It is a little expensive I’d say and if anyone who is able to justify it. then I would definitely recommend this product to them.

We have clean claims due to the ability of producing templates that ensures proper documentation during care and the upfront planning and project execution of both the Practice Management and Clinical has afforded us the opportunity to run an AR. It is a tremendous advantage to our physicians who have become efficient with the use of templates to see more patients and later treat a larger portion of the community.
Cons
The reporting and analytics of the software could be upgraded in that the recorded reports are essential but the need to modify is difficult to direct in PrimeSuite. The need to establish standards and other measurable statistics is increasingly required to manage our practice, therefore a dynamic reporting and analytics suite is a premium.

Primesuite is a great product and is great for our specialty type. Works best for us. There are other Greenway products as well, but they aren’t that nice, we looked at many other. This is the one that is easy to use and is user-friendly as well. It is specific to our specialty. The face sheet is easy to read and can be customized accordingly to fit the employee needs whether it be an office staff, physician or any other.
Cons
The reports aren’t that great and needs a lot of improvement to make it work better. The program cannot fill the screen either which really bugs me out.

This system is great and if it wasn’t for its team that I hired I would have still been looking for other EMR systems for sure. There was no superuser so the greatest challenge for me was to learn this system completely on my own. I am glad that the team that I got were well-trained and excellent communicators, they are the best. It is easy to navigate through the system. There is ease of access and ease of following patients. When connecting with external providers it has been better than many other systems.
Cons
The customer support team doesn’t always have a solution your problem and when they don’t you yourself wouldn’t know what to do. It is quite a challenge to create the reports, as it has so many options to select from and it is hard to put down things that are needed in some areas of the reports. Customizing is one heck of a job as it takes a lot of time.

They make things work for you in every possible way. It is easy to use. Talking about the product, it is great. It does quite a lot. I basically like the functionality of the PrimeSuite the most. The system is quite user-friendly, and the interface is responsive and appealing.

I believe that they need to improve the coding within this system, it could be much better if improved. They kind of disappointed me due to the inability of the system to report on all the things we tracked and also MIPS measures of this year.

In all the effective comparisons I made between the best E.H.R software out there, we found Prime Suite to be the most practical in every way. A good value for money compared to other software and it stands far out as the best software in the game.
Cons
Bug fixes need proper attention, which gets troublesome in the most peak hours of patients. Seldom we have required professional IT help for the software, but nothing bad could be said for such a software, which does provide relief otherwise.

The customer support team of this product is wonderful, like they’re doing an exceptional job. The system itself is quite great and it has made doing tasks a lot easier. The reporting tool is great and easy. You can easily report by CPT codes, patients, charges etc. It is a great tool for any practice.

It is quite frustrating when some of the screens do not expand to full screen, like I want to zoom a bit or see a full window but that is not possible with every window, only a few windows expand not all. The financial intelligence module is also not that friendly to use.

Pros
It has been a long time since we started using Greenway. We literally interviewed many different vendors before getting Greenway. We got Greenway back in 2012 and we’re still happy to use it. It is a wonderful practice management and electronic health record system. This system flows in a very smooth and efficient manner. The customer support team is pleasant. The software and hardware support are great, and the upgrades are seamless.
Cons
There were a few things that didn’t work accordingly, but that was soon resolved when discussed with the Greenway customer support team. They always provided a fix or a workaround to a problem.
