Pros
The most amazing feature is that Administer over this can extend permission in the office.
Cons
The company is endorsing their program as they are in need of consumers. Instead of supporting two EMR systems Intergy only runs one.

Pros
The reporting department along with the billing department is great at what they do and the reason I am still a client.
Cons
They respond very slowly. We have had tickets open for almost two months and have had no resolution yet!

Pros
I oversee multiple areas, from precertification to refunds and everything in between. Claim control and ERAs have made managing denied claims much more efficient.
Cons
The collection module for patient accounts displays information differently from the usual view. It takes time to get used to the different areas where information is located or missing.

Pros
Each aspect of the software is well written by the developers. A very detail-oriented, fully customized solution is what we have found Greenway EMR to be. Be it reports or templates; all are completely customizable according to our practice needs. I have had an excellent experience with their customer support staff.
Cons
Updates are done frequently which is sometimes overwhelming but we accept the challenge.

“I feel like I'm in bizarro world

We decided to switch from Primesuite early because Greenway assured us that there would be no additional cost for the new software and that Primesuite was no longer supported.
Cons
Where should I start? This software has brought our once-thriving practice to a standstill. That says it all. I have two partners nearing retirement, largely due to this system. After 10 years in practice, I am considering other options solely because of the switch to Intergy. We were content with Greenway Primesuite. Like any EMR, it was not perfect, but at least it did not hinder patient care. We were told Greenway would stop supporting Primesuite, so we naively expected an upgraded version of it. We were completely wrong. I feel like I have stepped back 15 years and cannot find a single improvement from the old software. Customer support has been terrible. Greenway sent trainers when we went live, but they did not really know how to use the system. On day 3 of going live, there was an update that completely changed the systems appearance, and the trainers hadn't been trained on it. They could no longer answer our questions and were learning alongside us. The only silver lining was when our trainer admitted that this EMR was terrible, but that all EMRs are terrible. I liked the honesty amidst a sea of lies.

Pros
Great experience for someone like me who was not present during the training and the implementation process. Software is simple but not basic like the others I have used. It is an advanced EMR system. Greenway Health has done a good job of hiring the right kind of staff for their customer support team. The system is completely customized for our practice and if I ever face a problem with a certain task, customer support quickly resolves my problem.
Cons
None so far since I haven’t used it much but so far, it’s been working great for us.

It is an intuitive, efficient and smooth EMR. The software has all the features needed to run a practice. It can be tailored to the needs of the practice which we have the implementation team do before going live. Customer service staff is helpful where we get stuck.
Cons
I would like Greenway to make their EMR more user-friendly, especially for first time EMR users with no background in IT. If they could upgrade the software seamlessly on all the devices that would be a big help.

Pros
The Intergy PM and Practice Analytics reporting systems are excellent for our business. The straightforward claims entry and transmission have greatly streamlined our processes.
Cons
Some of the Enterprise functions are designed for large multi-specialty practices rather than a billing company like ours. However, this hasn't affected our use of Intergy.

Pros
What impressed me the most is their customer service. We have been with Greenway for more than a decade and I can’t remember a time when feedbacks were delayed. It is a progressive EMR which incorporates all the needs of our practice. Updates are seamless and customization options are endless.
Cons
Their updates are overwhelming at times, but then again, we are working on our end to keep up with those.

Pros
Greenway has a seamless interface for the users which makes it so easy to work with. For the past 2 years that we are with them, we have found it to be the perfect match for us. The customization is advanced and the templates are easy to create.
Cons
Data migration took more time than we thought it would but it all turned out great and we were happy with the customer support we were given during that time.

Setting up and using the billing features is straightforward and user-friendly.
Cons
I did like to see more built-in reports with filters. We can always run or write reports in Practice Analytics, but not all users have access to PA. Additional finance and A/R reports would be very useful.

Pros
Ease of use is the most important aspect for me in an EMR system and I have found that in Greenway. We hardly ever have software related issues and if we sometimes need help with the templates or the navigation part, their customer service is always there to help us.
Cons
No cons per se, although I just wish I have the time to attend their annual conference. I have heard from fellow Greenway users that it is very helpful.

Pros
I dislike every aspect of the EHR. Its capabilities were vastly oversold, and the lack of training and resources is a significant problem.
Cons
The support has been lacking. We did not receive adequate training before Go-Live and were instructed to watch videos instead. Despite watching them, we still do not know how to bill properly. It has been a complete waste of money. Our project manager was unhelpful and incompetent.
