“Decent Software
Pros
The system is pretty much easy to use, and it is easier to train employees as well. It covers almost all our needs. The collection GRS process is quite outstanding, and the best part is its collection team. We haven’t actually gone fully in, as we keep a basic running practice.
Cons
The support that we get isn’t that great. It isn’t fast and it’s never complete.

Pros
We use Primesuite in our office and it does everything that we require it to do. We started with local servers and now have shifted to the cloud-based version of the product. We simply love it. Due to the cloud-based version we are now able to access and open multiple locations easily. We also integrated this system with patient reminders and a collection service. It feels great and does everything.
Cons
The cost. It is a little expensive I’d say and if anyone who is able to justify it. then I would definitely recommend this product to them.

Pros
We have clean claims due to the ability of producing templates that ensures proper documentation during care and the upfront planning and project execution of both the Practice Management and Clinical has afforded us the opportunity to run an AR. It is a tremendous advantage to our physicians who have become efficient with the use of templates to see more patients and later treat a larger portion of the community.
Cons
The reporting and analytics of the software could be upgraded in that the recorded reports are essential but the need to modify is difficult to direct in PrimeSuite. The need to establish standards and other measurable statistics is increasingly required to manage our practice, therefore a dynamic reporting and analytics suite is a premium.

“Greenway PrimeSuite
Pros
Primesuite is a great product and is great for our specialty type. Works best for us. There are other Greenway products as well, but they aren’t that nice, we looked at many other. This is the one that is easy to use and is user-friendly as well. It is specific to our specialty. The face sheet is easy to read and can be customized accordingly to fit the employee needs whether it be an office staff, physician or any other.
Cons
The reports aren’t that great and needs a lot of improvement to make it work better. The program cannot fill the screen either which really bugs me out.

Pros
This system is great and if it wasn’t for its team that I hired I would have still been looking for other EMR systems for sure. There was no superuser so the greatest challenge for me was to learn this system completely on my own. I am glad that the team that I got were well-trained and excellent communicators, they are the best. It is easy to navigate through the system. There is ease of access and ease of following patients. When connecting with external providers it has been better than many other systems.
Cons
The customer support team doesn’t always have a solution your problem and when they don’t you yourself wouldn’t know what to do. It is quite a challenge to create the reports, as it has so many options to select from and it is hard to put down things that are needed in some areas of the reports. Customizing is one heck of a job as it takes a lot of time.

Pros
My overall experience with this system has been positive, I don’t think that I would have anything bad to say about it. This system is consumer friendly. They make things work for you in every possible way. It is easy to use. They always listen carefully to our problems and what we are looking for, they would always get things for you that are needed whether they have it or not. The customer support team is great, friendly, helpful and very pleasant at all times. Really enjoy this system.
Cons
There is nothing coming to my mind currently as I have 99.99 percent of positive experience with this system.

Pros
Talking about the product, it is great. It does quite a lot. I basically like the functionality of the PrimeSuite the most. The system is quite user-friendly, and the interface is responsive and appealing.
Cons
I believe that they need to improve the coding within this system, it could be much better if improved. They kind of disappointed me due to the inability of the system to report on all the things we tracked and also MIPS measures of this year.

Nothing. Do not use it.
Cons
I cannot wait to switch. The user interface is not quite the same as any other software which makes things a bit hard, and makes the user experience a bit trash. It takes a lot of clicking. The right-click functionality does not even exist. The window doesn’t expand to a whole window, and this issue hasn’t been resolved for years.

Pros
The product is pretty much easy to learn and use. It didn’t take me much time to steady my work pace. It is nice to use and makes life a lot better.
Cons
I think that if they become more flexible then our revenue/A/R reports would be able to benefit a lot. The registration and demographics lack fields for information such as MSP, and this is something that I require.

Pros
I was in a team tasked to review and select the EHR system for our office. In all the effective comparisons I made between the best E.H.R software out there, we found Prime Suite to be the most practical in every way. A good value for money compared to other software and it stands far out as the best software in the game.
Cons
Bug fixes need proper attention, which gets troublesome in the most peak hours of patients. Seldom we have required professional IT help for the software, but nothing bad could be said for such a software, which does provide relief otherwise.

Pros
The coding suggestions that it gives for notes. The folders for all the documents that can be created. The order entry is nice as well. The inter-office messaging system is great.
Cons
The growth charts don’t seem to be user-friendly at all. It also does not use the metric system for vitals. Scheduling is nearly hard to customize. The order tracking part is also difficult.

Pros
This system is suitable for all the practices from OB/GYN to ortho. It is the best system that has EHR and PM in one. Navigating through the system is easy. The color coding for the schedule is very easy and helpful. Explaining the financial page to the patients is also super easy.

It is a great product, with great customer experience. Their customer support team is great and always helps you resolve any issues you’re facing. I like how you can search a patient through multiple ways. There are so many ways to find a patient, especially when a lot of the time you get the spelling wrong and it gets hard, but with Greenway it is easy. I use Greenway’s superbills, and to review registrations mainly.
Cons
The diagnosis has multiple descriptions which I think should be removed and should be according to the ICD-10 description which is only one. Having multiple descriptions could lead to misdiagnosing a patient.

Pros
It is a great software, and they keep on improving which is amazing, that’s what people need. It’s simple if we’re paying for a product and it doesn’t work better than definitely they’ll lose customers, so the best thing about this product is that they know how to make their customers happy and give them a better customer experience.
Cons
The upgrades usually have bugs when they come out, they need to focus more on testing the upgrades before releasing them because that gets messed up when we see bugs, and face issues due to those bugs.

Pros
It has been over 5 years that I’ve worked with Greenway. Sometimes I do face a few issues here and there, but they’ve always improved and fixed things to make it better. They focus on their customer’s experience. Their training material is very effective and helps people learn quickly. The workflows are very clear and well-defined, and their customer support is superb.
Cons
It gets a bit difficult if you have to make changes to an invoice because it doesn’t really gives you that feature to correct, and their cloud-based version can be a bit tricky to use as well.

Pros
We started using Greenway in 2012. I basically work on the clinical application side of this product and find it very easy to work with. The ease of documenting patient visits and the ease to track any order from start to completion period. It has been great yet.
Cons
The medication module of this product is slow, and I’ve heard that it takes a lot of patience to work with it. They could do something to improve it, because I haven’t heard this from only one person, but a lot of people have said the same thing about this part of the product.
